24/03/2025: We only lived in the property for a weekend but we will definitely be back... arriving on Saturday afternoon they welcomed us very well, friendly and helpful... the sign. Giuseppe was an excellent tour guide of the vineyards and the estate... we were enchanted by his detailed explanation. We took advantage of the possibility of full board and found all the meals plentiful and delicious.. the wine was excellent and the service staff was truly wonderful.. I highly recommend it.. for couples, families and groups of friends

18/04/2025: I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Happy Wok in Catania, Sicily, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing restaurant visits I have ever encountered. At a price of €23.90 per person (excluding drinks), one would reasonably expect a decent quality buffet experience. Unfortunately, the food served failed to meet even the most basic standards of taste or quality. The majority of the dishes were bland, excessively oily, and lacked any trace of authentic flavor. It is genuinely difficult to find anything redeeming about the food itself. It was, quite frankly unappetizing and in some cases outright unpleasant. The one highlight of the meal was the Coca Cola, which says a great deal about the overall quality of the offerings. Despite the dreadful cuisine, I would like to acknowledge the professionalism and friendliness of three young waiters in their early twenties originally from Morocco and Egypt. They were courteous, warm, and engaging, and my brief conversations with them were by far the most enjoyable part of the evening. Regrettably, the commendable service from these individuals does little to compensate for the extremely poor culinary experience. I would not recommend Happy Wok to anyone seeking a satisfying or worthwhile meal in Catania.

03/04/2025: Sono venuta da Shibuya in via etnea. Il cibo è delizioso, il personale è davvero simpatico in particolare un cameriere che è italiano che è davvero gentile e disponibile. L'unico problema è che ci siamo trovati in imbarazzo perché la titolare è davvero sgradevole e quasi intimidatoria nei confronti del personale di fronte ai clienti. Davvero molto brutto. Per il cibo nulla da dire meraviglioso.

11/04/2025: Terrible service. We were alone in restaurant and ordered 4 appetizers, still it took 1 1/2 hours before we saw first appetizer. Food was terrible, old and reheated. It was cheap but you get what you paid for.

05/04/2025: Very sweet restaurant and sweet owner Rosanna. Their pasta is completely natural, handmade. We ate the classic eggplant and tuna with pistachio plates. The perfect place to taste a real local flavor.

28/02/2025: I ordered for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was excellent as was the side dish I ordered. I also liked the fact that it was served in a special box so that it didn't heat up during delivery, which I really appreciate. Delivery a little late but nothing to say since it was Saturday evening so more than understandable. The only flaw was that an ingredient was missing from the sandwich I ordered, but here too, nothing serious, in fact more than understandable. I will definitely order again :)

01/05/2025: A true jewel hidden in the heart of Bronte! This family-run restaurant is the perfect example of how passion and love for cooking can transform a meal into an unforgettable experience. The dishes are prepared with very fresh and local ingredients, many of which are based on the famous Bronte pistachio, enhanced in a creative way but respectful of tradition. The welcome was warm and genuine, like feeling at home. The service is attentive but never intrusive, and you can clearly perceive the family's pride in sharing their gastronomic culture. The house wine is excellent... we will be back!

26/03/2025: Family trattoria, we were out of season so you couldn't feel the atmosphere. It's probably nicer in season :) The lady who cooked also served us pasta. Al ragu was tasty but carbonara was average. Coperto 3€ per person.

31/10/2024: Siamo andati a ceno io e mia moglie locale bello rustico come piace a noi cameriere super gentili nel accogliere e nel consigliarti abbiamo preso un antipasto di pesce molto buono si sente che il pesce è freschissimo 2 due primi ricci e risotto alla zucca anche questi molto buoni lo consiglio vivamente

18/04/2025: Be careful, tourist trap!! Of course, no card is brought by itself. A draft beer costs 6 euros, which can certainly be justified given the location in front of the cathedral. BUT it cannot be justified that the bill says 5cl and the beer is served in a 4cl standardized glass. When we asked the waiter about it, he just grinned ironically. The waiters are extremely pushy and pushy, constantly asking if you want anything else. If you decline, they ask “you sure?” three times. Our waiter keeps shouting “drink, drink, drink” and seems to find it funny. Change is only given upon request.
