02/10/2025: A place like few others these days. Clean, reliable, punctual, and friendly. Agua Loca is one of the best I've tried so far. I ordered some poke to go. I must say that their willingness to deliver to two different cities had already convinced me to stay a customer, but considering how delicious they are... I'd say even better! The staff is incredibly kind, especially the cashier, Ms. Sara, who is incredibly kind, friendly, and humble. She helped me a lot in placing an order of 5 poke without ever losing her temper. She's a girl worth getting to know personally and wishing him the best in life.

27/08/2025: Horrible pizza. We ordered two, a patapizza and a quattro stagioni. The first one had the fries from the day before, so they were hard and tasteless. The quattro stagioni had anything but fresh ingredients, and they were also bland and tasted like something out of a bad shop. I can't understand why it has such high stars. I only ate it because I hate food waste.

13/07/2025: Contrary to the negative reviews, I visited Ikea Catania 3 times to design and equip a small kitchen for a holiday home. We were well informed and the staff were very friendly and helpful even though we do not speak Italian fluently.

The pizzas are piping hot, even in winter. The delivery guy is extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend it to everyone. You'll be satisfied.

29/06/2025: All the Italians are here, locals smiling & greeting each other. Great friendly & willing to help me with my poor Italian 🇮🇹 got a freshly made bread roll filled with mortadella& cheese, then a light piccolo donut with my latte. The lady & gentleman running the pastry part of the 2 shops were so helpful & warm!

22/11/2025: Just one sentence: never again. We waited from 9 PM to 11 PM for the food. The beers arrived first, and we drank them dry. Let's move on to the food. Bland, anonymous, mediocre. The chicken didn't taste like chicken, but rather tasted like venison. The bacon was soggy, the bun was a supermarket bun. The venison burger tasted like a soy and pork burger. The only positive note was the sweet potato fries. The rest was forgettable. We'll never come again.

19/10/2025: I asked for a taste of their kebab, remembering the delicious one I had in Germany, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT ANYMORE IN CATANIA OR THE PROVINCE... Well, first of all, even though I wanted, rightfully, to pay for the taste, THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME PAY. SUPERB quality, flavorful, succulent meat, not overly spicy. Next time I'll DEFINITELY get a piadina with kebab. I've been working in the restaurant business for 30 years. The quality is proportional to the prices. The strong point, however, is the service. The staff's relationship with customers is priceless. The husband and wife team are always kind, friendly, and helpful. You feel at home. DEFINITELY preferable to similar places in the immediate area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💯💯💯

21/09/2025: The place is dirty and not at all welcoming, the staff is really rude. I had the kebab <[if I had never had one, the worst of my life]> I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

21/06/2025: Che dire! Tutti i locali accoglienti e tutti i ragazzi meravigliosi, simpatici, accoglienti e calorosi. Si mangia ovunque bene ma noi x 3 sere siamo stati rapiti dall equipe fantastica di Lettera 82. Ottimo!
