10/05/2025: Pizzas 1 hour and 25 minutes late, arrived cold and unfriendly and rude staff. To finish the fries were Even raw.

23/09/2024: A welcoming looking place. It's a shame that before they finish serving all the pizzas ordered to a given table (ours)... they move on to "seraphically" serving other tables. Some pizzas ordered at our table were served, others were not. Random. Meanwhile, the pizzas served were getting cold... they continued to serve the other tables. We punctually saw pizzas ordered later passed by, people who arrived after us. And the waiters continued to serve the others, despite the insistence of repeating this, several times, to more operators. You get the feeling... like... that they have something more important to do than the petulance of continuing to ask about the missing pizzas. Not to mention the things to be excluded, in the order, noted in the order but disregarded. The prices are honest, but "honestly", a ravioli with sticky cream and no flavor (amalgamation), like the one served... I would have even avoided ordering it (if I had known).

13/11/2024: I don't usually leave reviews but it really deserved it. An excellent dough for a takeaway pizza place... light, soft inside and crunchy outside and above all well leavened.. Recommended the focaccia Alessandro and the pizzas sfoglie that are good for two people, we were very satisfied, I will definitely order again, previously with the seasoned bread it had already won us over.. See you soon for a new order

22/05/2025: Very good pizzas, Sicilian rustic dough (crunchy) not too loaded with toppings, so you fully appreciate the flavor of everything, very large and cheap, the lady who welcomed and served us was very kind and helpful, beautiful place, with private parking available, there were 12 of us and even though we all took different pizzas you did everything impeccably, truly well done, we will be back thanks for everything and sorry for the time.

29/04/2025: While passing through the area we decided to have dinner in this restaurant which is poorly indicated on the catering reference sites (wrong GPS indication), but is located in the middle of a residential area which blends in with the various private homes. Nice environment but little connected with the surrounding environment (I remember that we are on the slopes of Etna) We ordered two simple appetizers, very generous. Having seen the dishes, I would have appreciated the owner's suggestion to avoid taking two starters given the abundance. Particular note for the pizzas, maybe because I'm used to other types of dough but in the end we didn't like it or at least we noticed the difference. Lightly leavened dough, more biscuity and sweet. The final result, however, is a pizza more similar to a painting due to the care taken in arranging the ingredients on the pizza. Apart from the description of the "Cratere" pizza (I don't remember the name) to be clear, the one with the burrata in the center and pistachio cream as if it were raining. In reality it has a soul of potatoes...many potatoes, too many potatoes, which are cleverly used to support and hold the mixture that forms the crater. This too was toasted, with almost no speck. Honestly, I wouldn't take it again, it has a too flat taste, nothing stands out, everything is dominated by the pistachio and the burrata (lacking the speck and having removed all the potatoes) which is mixed in at the end. Good and friendly service but in reality the place was empty so I can't say anything else.

12/05/2025: Ottima la pasta allo scoglio senza pomodoro, con cozze freschissime e profumate; ottime le caramelle al pistacchio. Buono l'agnello. Squisito il contorno di verdure grigliate. Personale cortese e attento. Veranda ariosa e malgrado il locale fosse pieno si riusciva a parlare.

11/05/2025: Ottimo locale, bellissima accoglienza sia dallo staff che dai titolari e cosa dire delle pizze, ben lievitate e soprattutto ben condite. Se avete voglia di mangiare un ottima pizza, lo consiglio vivamente.

09/05/2025: Came here to watch the Manchester United game with my partner. Such a great experience and the staff were amazing making us feel welcome. Elizabeth was great for a chat! Will definitely be back
