06/07/2025: Total disappointment: 2 hours of waiting for nothing. Deeply disappointing experience. After arriving and waiting for two hours, we were told that there had been internal problems, understandable, it happens. But the unacceptable came later: despite the apologies, we continued to wait while people who arrived well after us were served. No management of the order of arrival, no attention to the inconvenience caused, no priority given to those who had been waiting for hours. If a place has an unexpected event, the least you can do is try to fix it by giving priority to those who have already waited a long time, not make the situation even worse with disorganization and superficiality. A shame, because we had arrived with great expectations. But after this management, it is difficult to imagine returning and even more difficult to recommend it to others.

02/07/2025: I have been to the restaurant several times, refined atmosphere and truly high-level cuisine worthy of the famous Japanese school. I would have gladly given 5/5 stars, but the low level of customer care did not allow it. The staff is really slow and uninterested in the well-being of the customer, for example, there have been screaming children throughout the dinner who "play" a piano and who are not reprimanded by anyone.

28/07/2025: I went for dinner and we had two burgers and a pizzolo. The burgers were a bit tough, and the fries were overly salty. The pizzolo was good. The service was excellent, and the waitress was kind and courteous.

20/07/2025: Fantastic, I always celebrate my birthday there and it's always a guarantee. I was recommended to try the sandwiches and I can confirm that they are really good! The pizza is not bad at all either, in fact it's delicious, especially my favorite: the baked potato and speck, which I always order. Fantastic.

18/05/2025: They have advertisements at every road going to Castiglione, but are still difficult to find using our GPS. When we finally arrived at 9pm, we were the only guests - later another couple arrived. Even with this few customers you have to wait patiently for your food, our three dishes took about two hours. Very well prepared, great taste, but I will only go again, if I had a large antipasti plate before - elsewhere.

23/07/2025: I wouldn't have given it a cent, but I think it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. This little pub is full of surprises! We tried the sandwiches, but the menu also includes tacos and salads... So I have to admit, there was a wide selection, catering to a wide range of diets. Sandwiches with unusual ingredients: I tried the one with peanut butter, the "Los pollos hermanos" one with soy mayonnaise, and then a classic bacon burger. What can I say? The "Los pollos hermanos" is a Michelin-starred sandwich, in my opinion. I've never tried such a refined and delicious product. It wasn't expensive, about €48 for three of us, including the fries as an appetizer (these are perhaps a little expensive, considering the price-to-quantity ratio), but everything else was fair, considering the quality. The guys who run this place are truly down-to-earth. They really should get more publicity; you deserve it!

04/05/2025: Posticino molto carino a due passi dalla Basilica di San Bartolomeo. Pasta al sugo alla norma eccezionale, patelle fritte squisite, personale gentile e disponibile. Appena arrivati a Scicli ci siamo sentiti in Sicilia dopo questo pranzo gustoso e delizioso. Da tornarci!!
