04/09/2025: As a tourist, I expected more. It's lively, like here in Turin. The decor is old and neglected, and there's no air conditioning. The only good thing is the almond pastries... oh well, never mind.

07/07/2025: A little paradise of sweets – the best almond pastries I have ever tasted! I had the pleasure of discovering this pastry shop almost by chance, and I can say with certainty that it was one of the sweetest and most surprising discoveries of recent times. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by the enveloping scent of toasted almonds and sugar: a promise of goodness that is largely kept. The almond pastries, a true specialty of the house, are simply exceptional. Soft in the center, slightly crunchy on the outside, with that perfect balance between sweetness and intensity of the almond flavor that only those who work with quality ingredients and passion can achieve. Each piece is a small work of art, decorated with care and often enriched with orange peel, candied cherries or pistachio. You can feel that behind each sweet there is great attention to tradition and an equal desire to innovate without distorting. The staff is kind, helpful and always ready to proudly tell the story and the making of each sweet. In short: if you love artisanal pastry and want to taste real almond pastes made according to the rules of art, this laboratory is a must. An excellence to be valued and shared.
