09/07/2024: FANTASTIC food, amazing service and the staff are very kind and lovely. Don't miss the antipasto platter. Best I've ever had. And their homemade pastas are amazing. The Maccheroni alla Norma was our favorite. Salvo was our waiter and we just loved him. Don't miss eating here!

14/07/2024: Good quality gastronomy in a simple and quiet environment with the possibility of eating on site, served, using the tables present in the various rooms of the not very large restaurant. Good variety of first courses, second courses and side dishes, always of a good standard. The owner, Tanino, and the staff offer kindness and good service. Good place to have a good quick lunch or to get food to take away.

05/08/2024: Excellent bar in the center of Catania right in front of the main entrance of la Rinascente in via Etnea. From breakfast to lunch to aperitif everything was excellent. If you are in the center walking along Via Etnea I recommend a stop, you absolutely must try it!

01/08/2024: Went two days for breakfast there, the manager/owner told how to order and took order fast. Cappuccino, granita Siciliana pistachio, one round cream filled thing (dont remember the name) and brioche for reasonable price! Local police eat there too:) recommend to people who live in the area

05/08/2024: We frequented this restaurant for two consecutive days. On Sunday, we requested a table in an air-conditioned environment, but the place was unbearably hot, and we sweated during the meal. The food was excellent; we ordered pasta with pistachio sauce and zucchini risotto with shrimp. On Monday we returned and asked to sit on the porch. The atmosphere was pleasant, with good wind circulation, and we opted for other dishes: pasta à la Norma and pasta carbonara. Both were delicious. We also tried the horse meat, and the meatballs were very good. The waiters' service was a little confusing, due to the large number of customers and the difficulty in meeting demand. The price is fair.

05/01/2024: It seems nice at fish and Co. Sauces, salads and various recipes, as well as fresh fish, seems a little expensive but each one does its job. I waited quite a while for service and the crowd was packed. Everything looked nice, pricey and was well stocked. The only flaw, that it only works half a day when we are working, closed in the afternoon instead.

05/08/2024: Absurd quality, certainly above the Catania average, I have never eaten a pizza with such fresh and quality ingredients, kind, friendly and smiling staff, I certainly highly recommend it

16/07/2024: The service was lovely. Our waiter was super nice and we felt really welcomed. The food was sooooo good. The pistachio Mortadella was thinly sliced and the flavour was on point. The pizza was delicious. Good ingredients and impeccable techniques. Well done! Btw, I still think about their prosciutto. It was so thin, perfectly salted and it melted in your mouth. I want to eat pizza there again.

01/07/2024: Tonight, around half past midnight, we went to this kiosk to have a bite to eat and we were particularly impressed by the kindness of the staff, the speed of the service and the very welcoming environment. We were a group with 2 strollers, so a little bulky, but we were very comfortable and the boy was a sweetheart despite the late hour. Recommended and worth trying again.

04/08/2024: Good place to enjoy fresh food and enjoy a good pizza. Too bad we had booked a table for 5 outside in the garden specifying outside in the garden several times and the response assured us that we would have a table outside in the garden. When we arrived at the place with a lot of carelessness they told us that there were no free tables outside, as if to say if you want you can sit otherwise you can't go. I noticed that other customers who arrived on site were treated like us. Too bad I would have gladly left 5 stars.

04/08/2024: A delightful evening. Pleasantly rustic environment, wide choice of first courses, meat second courses, pizza. Friendly staff, attentive and prepared even with foreigners. Ample parking and obviously the centuries-old chestnut tree to be admired shortly distance.
