The food is good, but unfortunately, none of the staff speak any English and they regularly forget your order. Everything is super cheap because it's all served tapas-style. The bill at the end is also a bit confusing, but if you want to try horse meat, it definitely tastes good.

A truly typical restaurant. Excellent horse meat and great value for money. The service is very creative and chaotic, but I think that's part of the true experience of living in this city. So I recommend it unless you're looking for a quiet place.

Exceptional restaurant, even for vegetarians. The appetizer buffet is enviable (I don't understand how they price your entrees). Super cheap, considering the three of us had a blast, it only cost €38.

How could you not go to Catania and try one of the typical traditional dishes? Carne di Capanna (hut meat) at Trattoria Achille. You can eat truly excellent grilled horse meat, highly recommended.

I went to this place with friends from Catania to try their famous horse meat 🐴 and the experience was divine. The atmosphere is homey and the ambiance simple, but the dishes are all delicious. To complete the idyllic picture, a fresh sorbet at the end and a truly ridiculous price for such goodness.
