24/08/2024: Una piacevolissima scoperta! Grazie ad Antonio, il pizzaiolo della Vulcanica, che ci ha raccontato con passione l'idea che c'è dietro questo locale, abbiamo provato 3 pizze magnifiche, buonissime e leggerissime. Quello che ci ha colpiti è la freschezza e ricercatezza degli ingredienti (che giustificano i prezzi mediamente più alti di altre pizzerie) e la maestria con cui sono abbinati. Abbiamo provato 'la signora in giallo', la 'norma' e la 'pistacchio foodporn' (sublime). Ma sono tante e mai banali! Tutto accompagnato dalla simpatia di Alessandro, il proprietario, molto affabile e disponibile verso il cliente, così come tutto lo staff che ci lavora. Quindi STRACONSIGLIATO!!

01/08/2024: Welcoming place, maybe the tables need a review, commendable service but not very prepared in managing off-menu items, a big question mark emerges from the kitchen, if it is true that the fish is fresh, I would review the menu, taking the opportunity not to stumble in hasty and uncomfortable combinations...... like sugar in sauce.

02/06/2024: Good quality food, but so salty that you can't taste the ingredients... Endless wait: 2 hours and 30 minutes to eat lunch upon request from the dining room staff. The two best tables on the garden, with breathtaking views, are not equipped with awnings and this does not make it possible to use them and from which you could instead enjoy a panoramic view. Not recommended.

20/06/2024: Excellent bakery with the most friendly staff! We took the train from Taormina and walked from the Giarre train station. Totally worth it! Amazing baked goods, excellent quality and super friendly staff. The cannoli in particular was phenomenal!

10/08/2024: We found this place on our way down from Etna. This was a local gem - atmosphere, service and food were amazing. This was best lunch we had while in Sicily.

04/08/2024: I've known this place my whole life and it never once disappoints me! The food is good, simple and fresh, the owner is always kind and polite, the environment is familiar and comfortable. We will return a thousand and a thousand times!
