I had the pleasure of attending an event at Certosa dei Cavalieri and was enchanted. The location is simply stunning: elegant, surrounded by greenery, and meticulously maintained. The outdoor spaces are perfect for an al fresco reception, while the indoor rooms flawlessly combine sophistication and comfort.

12/04/2026: Great wine, very tasty (and surprising) pizza’s
15/02/2026: Warm welcome, nice and clean place. The wait after ordering wasn't excessive. The only hiccup we had was they forgot to make one of the shared appetizers, but that was ultimately just to pass the time. The pizzas arrived fairly quickly, so it didn't ruin the overall experience. The fried pizza was good, with its sweet potatoes and stringy mozzarella. The pizza dough was good, and the toppings were good overall. I only found the porcini mushrooms a little strange in flavor, but nothing to worry about. I can't rate the pizza sauce because I ordered a plain pizza.
