01/05/2025: It's one of my favorite places. Giulia the owner and Carmelisa her right hand are delightful and courteous. Good food. High quality plated hamburger. Well-seasoned focaccias of different flavors. Great wall of wines. Good beers. They do good cocktails (suffice it to say that if you ask for a Gin Tonic with Hendrick's they put cucumber curls and, obviously, not lemon and the tonic is Fever Tree. Anyone who loves a good Gin Tonic will understand what I'm saying)

02/02/2025: If you are looking for a welcoming location in the Etna villages where you can enjoy an excellent aperitif, a good wine or refined cocktails, this is the perfect place. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff friendly and the food high quality. We highly recommend the focaccias - we tasted several on multiple visits (3 or 4 times) and were thrilled each time. A great choice for any occasion. Absolutely recommended!

23/04/2025: Locale accogliente Personale molto gentile. Il ristorante fa parte dei circuito airc per cui c’è estrema attenzione e sicurezza per i celiaci: la pizza gluten free è impastata a mano e cotta in forno a parte e servita su piatto di colore diverso rispetto agli altri. Pizza buona.

They mange to bring a little innovation and "contamination" in the traditional Sicilian food, and they do it by keeping all dishes as light as possible (and it's not an easy task with Sicilian food). Impressed! Fantastic! We came twice and if we had more time we would have come even a third time

Grazie a tutto il personale e, in particolare, al garbo e alla professionalità di Roberta che, dall'accoglienza di benvenuto ha curato nei particolari la riuscita dell'evento. 13/05/2025: Non avrei potuto desiderare una location migliore per il giorno del mio matrimonio. Dal primo momento in cui ho visitato il Casale dei Consoli, ho capito che sarebbe stato il posto perfetto: elegante, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, con uno staff che ti fa sentire seguita e coccolata in tutto. Abbiamo celebrato il matrimonio all’esterno, sotto una cascata di luci che creavano un’atmosfera magica, come un cielo stellato: da togliere il fiato! Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con estrema attenzione, e il risultato è stato semplicemente perfetto. Il cibo? Pazzesco! Ho ricevuto tantissimi complimenti dagli invitati: tutto buonissimo, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Lo chef ci aveva già conquistati alla prova menù e ha confermato ogni aspettativa. Un grazie speciale a Luigi, sempre disponibile e professionale, una vera garanzia. E a Roberta, che mi ha supportata in tutta l’organizzazione con pazienza, gentilezza e competenza. Consiglio questa location con il cuore: se cercate un posto magico, dove nulla è lasciato al caso.

20/02/2025: Excellent bar with lots of choice of breakfast and diner. The croissants are well filled and the diner with fresh ingredients There is always plenty of desserts available. There are plenty of seats and the staff is very polite and friendly. Great prices

11/06/2025: We stopped at this bar by chance, we were coming from Calabria, Crotone. the cannoli after 5 hours of travel and even the next day were really super delicious. Not to mention the arancini, never eaten so good in our life and we say it as Calabrians😅 good good good really.

09/06/2025: It was great at first but then I saw a bug in dessert. The waitress said it should be from the air but no IT WAS NOT. I scooped it from the bottom of my cassata. I said I don’t wanna pay for it but she said it must be from the air so, NO I HAD TO PAY FOR A BUGGED DESSERT. Lots of better places around, don’t go here if you absolutely don’t have to.
