The atmosphere is very pleasant, though it's a shame about the poor acoustics. The all-you-can-eat meat menu is interesting, but the price (which came to almost €40 per person) is frankly excessive for the quality.

A positive experience. Even though we didn't have a reservation on a Saturday night, they promptly accommodated us. The food and service were impeccable, with adequate portions and no wasted food. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

When you book, you expect the same level of quality that Moma Sushi has accustomed us to for years. Honestly, there's little evidence of the cuts of meat; at most, the preparations reign supreme. The little meat there was, especially in two more unique individual cuts, was even of mediocre quality. There are much better options out there, with significantly lower prices. I probably had the wrong expectations. The friendliness, cleanliness, order, and precision are all top-notch, as at all Moma.

I tried this new restaurant chain, MōMA, with its all-you-can-eat formula. It costs 29.90 per person, at a restaurant I already knew, Oste in Tremestieri. I can say I was satisfied with the food, the service, and the attention to detail. Even though it's a meat-only all-you-can-eat restaurant, it has a full menu that includes appetizers, main courses, first courses, and fried foods. The only flaw, in my opinion, is that I didn't find a national steak in the main course section; there was only a veal steak and an Irish Florentine steak.

In the countryside, a place like this, with a few extra touches, would be a game-changer. The location is very well-maintained, but not in detail, so to speak; the chairs make a terrible noise even when moving, and as a result, eating inside becomes quite annoying. It's full of mosquitoes that fly around you while you eat. As for the food, it was good, but not enough to make you want to return; ultra-fried fries that tasted only of oil, tartare that tasted of nothing. I'd rather add a truffle-flavored oil or cream than the Perlage di Tartuffe, but the minced meat itself had zero flavor. The meat was decent, but it was rubbery, almost tough, when that Irish cut should be like butter. The cacio e pepe was truly delicious! The pistachio pasta, on the other hand, tasted practically nothing. In my opinion, they simply need to reevaluate some dishes and make some adjustments in the dining room.
