28/08/2025: I've been to O Chianu, right in Piazza San Giovanni, and it was a pleasant experience: the place is informal, with outdoor tables that create a decidedly welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a carefree evening. I tried the pizza and scacciuni (a typical Ragusa specialty) and I must say that the dough is among the best, crispy and light, with authentic ingredients and lots of flavor.

03/10/2025: The worst catering I've ever served on a production I've worked on. Food was served slowly, the last-come, first-served had more choices than the first-served. The portions were poor, and there were arguments over two bottles of water or a Coke. Plus, it's not a 33cl bottle, it's from a vending machine. I hope the production company never uses it again.

29/09/2025: We ordered takeout pizzas. Needless to say, the food arrived almost an hour after ordering (cold), after numerous calls to the restaurant, which arrogantly responded by saying they were already out. I've read other reviews complaining about poor delivery service, so I'm not the first.

07/11/2025: At the Leocata bakery, you can find all kinds of bread: from those made with traditional flours to those made with specialty flours. You'll also find all kinds of pizzas and a wide variety of desserts, prepared by bakery chef Maurizio. All served by the very kind Cinzia.

31/10/2025: We ordered 3 portions of fish and chips and squid to take away. The food was prepared very slowly. (approx. 20-30 minutes) When paying, it turned out that we could not pay by card, only cash. The paper cone we received contained very little squid, but at least it was expensive. We will not go here again, I do not recommend it.

21/08/2025: From the positive reviews, I expected much more: the quality of the food and its ingredients isn't the best. My companion and I ordered a plate of "gran fritto misto," which we expected to find anything but a single prawn, very few calamari, and numerous small pieces of breaded and fried swordfish. The quality and poor leavening of the pizza also disappointed us.

18/08/2025: Super friendly, helpful, and cheerful staff. Nice, quiet place, very good wood-fired pizza. A place where you can relax and enjoy fair, honest prices. I highly recommend it.

17/08/2025: Let me start by saying that my wife and I, residents of Veneto, searched online for a Sicilian restaurant with clear seafood culinary traditions. In fact, amidst an endless sea of offers and reviews online, we decided to trust in "lady luck," seeing our chosen restaurant for the first time only on the day of our celebration. 🤞 Therefore, without prejudice or influence from reviews posted by cybernauts, last night we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ristorante Costa Corsara, located at Viale Marino, 29 – Isola delle Femmine, and we couldn't have chosen a better place! The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail, a location with a maritime flavor and aroma that alone is worth the evening. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, perfect for a special occasion. The staff was extremely kind, attentive but never intrusive, making us feel pampered from start to finish. We chose a seafood dinner, and every course was a true delight: incredibly fresh appetizers, flavorful first courses, and perfectly cooked and presented second courses. All accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the waiter, which proved to be a perfect choice. The anniversary cake was carefully presented and complemented by themed details, thus helping to make our evening even more special. A truly captivating gastronomic experience: impeccable quality, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking authentic seafood cuisine and a warm welcome. 29/04/2025: The restaurant is definitely overpriced for what it offers. I went for dinner on Sunday evening, and most of the dishes on the menu were unavailable. I had a mixed grill, but it was tough and stringy. I wanted a mixed salad, but I had to settle for a radicchio salad since they had nothing else. Charging €17 for a rather meager fried calamari served as an appetizer seemed truly excessive!

16/03/2025: The place has a pleasant appearance, with exposed stone walls and a sense of order and cleanliness. Dinner was a bit of a surprise; we wanted to order meat dishes, as described on the menu, but there wasn't enough for four people, and we were told they mainly make pizzas. The Argentine Angus beef that was available was served, but it was cold and didn't show off its best qualities. What a shame.

26/08/2025: Fantastic experience with my friends. I went there knowing that my friend "Zfumo," also known as Simone, works there with his cousin Cannaruozz, so to surprise him, since I was passing by, I decided to stop by this bistro. I ordered a Boss Bistro and a Bismark, which were truly amazing. My friend Alerca opted for a smash burger, which she said was truly mystical and incredible. Our other friend, I honestly don't remember what he had because he'd been drunk since midday. To top it off, a truly stratospheric and magnificent tiramisu. We'll definitely be back. Special mention also goes to the waitress, who was always kind and available to answer any questions about allergens and how to cook the various ingredients. 10/10.

18/08/2025: Out of the ordinary prices... I paid less in Porto Cervo, sandwiches with exorbitant prices and no sides. I wonder if the owners of this place ever asked themselves why 100 meters away from them there's a place with long lines of people waiting for a table, while they have nothing at all? A sandwich with a side costs €7.50 from the competition, while theirs costs €11 and up, not even including fries. Madness.
