As a discerning and experienced person, I can say I greatly appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. The rice, in particular, was simply perfect—impeccably cooked, which is far from a given and demonstrates great culinary expertise. The rest of the dishes were also of a very high standard, with well-balanced flavors and meticulous presentation. Special praise goes to the owner: extremely gracious, welcoming, and attentive to her guests, she created a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The service was friendly and professional.
