Good pizza and reasonable prices

A truly disappointing experience. We ordered two family-size pizzas for takeout/delivery, clearly specifying on the receipt that one of the two had to be a white parmigiana due to a tomato intolerance. I also have a photo of the receipt that I'll post in the review, where this request is clearly stated. The pizzas arrived, and instead of the white parmigiana, they delivered a regular one with tomato sauce. At that point, we called the pizzeria and were told they would remake the correct pizza... but only return the incorrect one. Now, I understand human error, but this was absurd and unprofessional. I had guests at my house: what should I have done? Leave everyone without food while they waited for their pizza to be remade, letting the other one get cold as well? Or leave the person with the tomato intolerance without dinner? So, we decided to eat the incorrect pizza anyway so as not to keep our guests waiting, but rightfully asked that the correct pizza also be delivered for the person who couldn't eat tomato sauce. The most unacceptable thing was that, once the correct pizza arrived, they also demanded payment for the second one, even though the mistake was theirs and not ours. It's one thing to mess up an order; it can happen. It's another to poorly handle a problem related to a food intolerance and pass the inconvenience on to the customer. It's a shame, because a little common sense and customer care would have been enough to avoid this embarrassing situation.

I ordered Margharita family size. The pizza was tasty and the dough was mostly thin. The amount of filling was normal. The waiting time was 6 minutes. The staff barely knew english, except of guy who was cooking, but they managed to understand me.

IT'S VERY GOOD TO EAT. AND IT'S ALSO GLUTEN-FREE!

A nice place to eat good pizza at a good price, with the option of a full pizza round for 13 euros. Recommended.

The food is high-quality and excellent value for money. The staff is efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the almost 2-hour wait. I hope they improve this aspect.

Excellent pizza, shame about the oregano which wasn't good: it made the pizza bitter... Otherwise everything was good!
