12/08/2025: Nothing to say. Everything was perfect. They seated us, despite the late hour, welcoming us with great courtesy and kindness. All the dishes served were excellent and carefully prepared. Honorable mention for the lobster sauce: special.

29/06/2025: Trovandoci a passeggiare per Ortigia in cerca di un ristorante tipico e poco frequentato dal turismo di massa, vicino a Porta Marina abbiamo scoperto questo locale in un vicolo carattestico. Siamo stati accolti dalla titolare molto cordiale, gentile ed ospitale. Abbiamo mangiato del pesce veramente fresco e molto saporito. Le cozze scoppiate al limone favolose, insalata di polpo tenero, spaghetti ai frutti di mare, finalmente degni di nome... Assaggiato per la prima volta la frittura con le cozze, stupenda!!! Abbiamo chiuso in dolcezza con un cannolo di ricotta ;) che non guasta mai...le foto non rendono e non si sente il profumo..ci torneremo sicuramente vivamente consigliato 😁

20/06/2025: Absolutamente la mejor experiencia gastronómica que hemos tenido viajando por el sur de Italia y Sicilia. Tuvimos un plato de mejillón simple que era tan bueno que nos llevamos a otros 11 miembros de la gira de vuelta la noche siguiente. Todos coincidieron en que los 16 platos raros estaban todos deliciosos y fue la mejor experiencia que también tuvieron en Italia. El equipo de marido y mujer era simplemente encantador y eficiente, así como el primo que sirvió a la mesa.

24/05/2025: La experiencia más espectacular del mundo, desde el momento que llegas es íntimo, personalizado y sobre todo cada detalle es sublime, sin duda volvería, la pizza que les recomiendo la eléctrica, algo fuera de serie. Y la decoración divinaaaa.

19/08/2025: My wife and I had the legendary crunchy pizza with two flavor combinations. What can I say?! Truly delicious, with excellent ingredients and, above all, that mix of softness and crunchiness that makes it truly unique! I highly recommend trying it, especially since the old management has returned and taken over the place!

18/07/2025: Good, tasty pizza, light crust! We had an anema e core (the one in the photo: spicy broccoli rabe, cherry tomatoes, and buffalo mozzarella), an invidia, a talent, and a pizza with sausage and onion; everything was excellent, well-seasoned but not heavy! Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere (air conditioning). The price was fair! I recommend it!!

23/07/2025: Servizio inesistente hanno portato da bere dopo oltre 30 minuti dall'arrivo. Antipasti di cruditè di tonno e pesce spada alto 50 mm e privo di condimento alcuno ma In compenso le ostriche aperte da almeno 6 ore per favorire la tempistica assente del servizio sono condite con olio (terribile) comunque prontamente cambiate da uno dei due camerieri presenti in sala. Per correttezza gambero rosso e scapo (1) eccezionale. Primo di risotto all'aragosta vista con il binocolo ma in compenso con innumerevoli gamberi e soprattutto, udite udite amalgamata con un litro di panna (basterebbe scrivere riso in panna ed il problema sarebbe risolto.) spaghetti al pomodoro in bianco li rimando indietro per aver aggiunto del pomodoro che dovrebbe essere fresco ed invece si presenta da bottiglia con acidità corretta con bicarbonato ( lasciata intonza) I secondi consistevano in grigliata mista con pesce spada ultra congelato e vecchio (gusto amarissimo) e siamo nel periodo dello stesso figuriamoci in autunno cosa serviranno, frittura mista formato da congelato ( Franceschini e anelli di CAlamaro) a cui si aggiungono alcune Alice forse fresche. Vino ordinato nerello mascalese vinificato in bianco servito senza alcuna preparazione ( apertura sul nostro tavolo, nessun controllo olfattivo al tappo ne tantomeno assaggio) con il problema che fosse un vitigno Merlot come diversamente indicato in carta. Per finire il semifreddo di mandorle servito con il Topper al cioccolato senza averlo richiesto. Insomma chef anni 60 qualità della materia prima pessima e servizio inesistente per come detto composto da un cameriere ed un corsista per 60 coperti circa (poveretti raccogliere lamentele da tutti per portare il pane a casa non è da tutti). Conclusione scappate e andate altrove è meglio una pizza. Sono disponibile a rispondere direttamente anche al proprietario.

This morning I called Hotel il Gabbiano in Terme Vigliatore to make a reservation and was honestly very flattered and impressed by the kindness of Rosa at the front desk, who provided me with all the information I could with great professionalism. In fact, I booked both for the beautiful place, which I've already stayed at, and for Rosa's helpfulness and elegance!!! ... I wanted to thank the owners of the hotel for having such respectful and deserving people working with their guests. 17/07/2025: Kindness and courtesy are becoming increasingly rare. Working as a rider, I see a lot of places, so I have enough evidence to confirm this. I needed to top up my Hype account and had a problem. I thought there was nothing I could do, especially since other places had told me the same thing. The girl at the cashier helped me with a slightly more cumbersome but effective procedure. Other places didn't do this (I don't know if it was due to laziness or lack of knowledge).
