Let me start by saying that we're two tourists from Turin, and after a trip to Segesta, we took a stroll through the center of Alcamo around 5:30 PM. We entered the bar and were immediately greeted warmly by the owner, Massimo, with whom we had a joking chat about Turin and Alcamo brioches. Everything was great, from the cappuccinos to the desserts we sampled. Compliments on everything, making us feel at ease, especially given the large number of customers. Best regards to the entire Serra family.

Excellent bar: quality, honesty, and exceptional courtesy. I really appreciated the quality of the products and the fair prices, but what really impressed me was the customer service. After buying a calzone for my son, unfortunately he dropped it as soon as we left the shop. I went back to buy another, but the manager, realizing what had happened, decided to give it to me as a gift. A rare gesture of kindness that confirms the owners' professionalism and heart. Highly recommended!
