On Sunday, May 3rd, my wife and I waited quite a while for the arancini and spring onions to come out of the oven. I have to be honest, the arancini were exceptional: just the right amount of crunch, the rice and sauce cooked perfectly. The spring onion was equally good, and the filling was plentiful. The staff and owners were very kind. Congratulations.

FABBRICA FINOCCHIARO

15/03/2026: I visited the chocolate shop for the first time a couple of days ago. The first thing I noticed was the warm, welcoming atmosphere, the stylish furnishings, the posters on the walls, the frescoes on the ceiling...everything speaks of a time lived with memories of serenity...not to mention the chocolate...sweet, bitter, chili pepper...something for every taste, a bewildering selection...so many possibilities. Thank you for being here, and thank you to the Finocchiaro family for what they have done and maintained over time, impeccably and with such passion!
13/02/2026: Giarre, CT. Corso Italia, 199/203. Corner of Via Gravina. Chocolate factory. Confectionery. Chocolate shop. Excellent breakfast with hot chocolate and a slice of cake. Celebrated its 100th anniversary. One of Italy's historic establishments.
