21/09/2025: We stayed at the hotel next door and walked over for dinner. The staff was very friendly and when selecting catch of the day Chef Gusieppie came out and described each fish and how it was to be prepared. We also ordered the Mussels in Myrtle which were excellent! We selected the rockfish and was very pleased with it.

19/09/2025: I know that many people find it scandalous to have a dish served on a bathroom tile! But we're open-minded! The tile was a tile anyway! The girl from Turin was super nice, welcoming, and helpful. I don't think they'll have another season. The mussels were dried out; the appetizer was good, but if I'd tried harder, I could have had a better one on the beach. Then I chose the catch of the day, a scorpion fish that the girl from Turin kindly served us! It was good, and I'll tell you tomorrow if it was fresh! Anyway, one adult and two children (the eldest is 10) with a glass of wine, two appetizers, a pasta dish with tomato sauce, a fried mixed seafood dish, and a scorpion fish = €200. Fine if everything is perfect! But given the shortcomings we can find, I can't give more than 3 stars. If it weren't for the girl from Turin who served us, I'd give it 2 ⭐️⭐️

05/04/2026: Their unusually kind service, even when we booked, continued throughout the lunch. Warm and friendly welcome. Lots of appetizers, 3 first courses, perfectly cooked suckling pig, desserts, and unlimited wine and water. Excellent value. Everything was delicious. I definitely recommend it. 28/12/2025: December 2025. After a week of rain, on 28.12.2025 the sun returned. And we are in this exceptional restaurant. Outside on the terrace for lunch. Ok, it's not hot, but we are close to a heated terrace, they also offered us blankets. The food is very good, the wine as well. For me the lamb is better than the pig because it is less dry. But the pork remains very good.. The service: all with a unique kindness. The bathroom: small but clean. go there With eyes closed. December 2025. After a week of rain, the sun returned on December 28, 2025. And here we are in this exceptional restaurant. Lunch on the terrace. It's not hot, sure, but a booster heater is nearby; we were even offered pleas. The food was absolutely delicious, and so was the wine. Personally, I preferred the lamb to the suckling pig, as it was less dry. But the suckling pig was still succulent. The Service: Everyone was incredibly nice. Toilets: small, but spotless. Go ahead. Eyes closed.

25/12/2025: Best restaurant in Olbia Varied menu with typical, generous dishes. Everything is always delicious. The two waiters are extremely kind and knowledgeable. The owner and exceptional chef is a wonderful lady.

22/10/2025: A charming location, a very beautiful and well-maintained restaurant. The food is good, offering traditional Sardinian dishes with a modern twist. A special mention for the culurgiones, which are truly delicious.

07/10/2025: I only went here for dinner, so my review is based solely on the restaurant. The location is very pretty and charming, but the prices are truly excessive and don't reflect the quality/price ratio. We had a €26 UNSAUCE tartare, which was practically a bite—nothing special, considering the accompanying sauces were tasteless. Then we had the porceddu: this dish is also quite expensive, €35/person, but at least excellent. The service leaves a lot to be desired. From the waiter who immediately asked us "How are you?" and didn't respect formality, to the overly stern one who, when asked "How's the tartare seasoned?", replied annoyed, "Oh, just like the usual tartare seasoning." Furthermore, the service was too formal for the setting. The desserts were completely overpriced; €12 each is insane. Luckily, the porceddu, the reason we came, was excellent.

22/04/2026: Aethos Sardinia is simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was genuinely warm and personal, setting the tone for everything that followed. The property itself is breathtaking, perched above the northern Sardinian coastline with sweeping views of the ocean. The infinity pool is an absolute must during your stay, as is the spa, where the treatments are nothing short of delightful. Aethos strikes a rare balance of luxury and ease. 22/04/2026: My goodness, what a wonderful place to stay. We arrived late in the evening on the second day of the season opening. Everything was ready for us and everything was immaculate. The whole stay was perfect. The room was beautiful. The view incredible. The food in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner were all exquisite. Every single member of staff from the most senior to the most junior were very attentive, helpful and friendly. They simply could not do enough for us. And we could not have asked for anything more. We will be coming again and again.

18/10/2025: The restaurant is friendly. The spaghetti with shrimp tartare is absolutely incredible and to die for, by far the best dish I've had at Sans Teodoro. Unfortunately, the calzone had very few ingredients. The service was good, considering there are only two measly waitresses for all the people there!

23/10/2025: It's a takeaway pizzeria, but eating it on site shows the attention to leavening and the quality of the ingredients.

22/10/2025: Delicious GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA. Absolutely fantastic! All the pizzas are absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff, and fair prices. The gluten-free pizza is a dream. I've never eaten such a delicious gluten-free pizza. The gluten-free pizza dough, prepared by the staff themselves, is unique and a relief for those who can only eat that kind of pizza. We've been there several times and look forward to our next visit! Thank you so much!

14/04/2026: Kudos to Aldo, he's truly a professional, the best pizza chef in Olbia, definitely number one in Sardinia and Italy. At Michelin-starred chef level, he once again made me eat the best pizza in the world. Go and ask for Aldo and try his pizza. Well done, Aldo.

05/04/2026: The food was good overall and the service was very friendly and welcoming. The Buffalo pizza was good, and the calamari were okay, though slightly chewy. Overall, it was a positive experience and I can recommend this place.

28/10/2025: Tired of pizza? Then La Gallurese is a real pick-me-up. Here you can discover Sardinian cuisine. The lamb cooked in white wine with olives was wonderfully tender and very flavorful. Generous portions for a very good price. Very friendly service and a cozy location. Fantastic!
