14/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance after Vasco's concert. The pizza chef was alone and handled everything with great dedication: from orders and payments, to preparing and serving the pizzas, which were brought to the table already cut into slices. Despite the crowds and the challenging situation, we were able to eat within about half an hour. Meanwhile, a pleasant and spontaneous atmosphere had developed among the customers: some offered to deliver pizzas to the tables and serve homemade mitto, provided by the owner. An unusual yet authentic experience, made special by the owner's friendliness, collaborative spirit, and passion.

The property is meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail and immediately exudes the warmth of true hospitality. A special thanks to Giampiera, a fantastic person, always available, kind, and capable of making guests feel at home. Her passion and attention to her guests truly make the difference. The dinner was perfect: delicious dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and authentic traditional flavors. Every course was a pleasant discovery. An experience I recommend without hesitation. A place where you eat excellently, relax, and are welcomed with a smile. We will definitely be back!

22/04/2026: My goodness, what a wonderful place to stay. We arrived late in the evening on the second day of the season opening. Everything was ready for us and everything was immaculate. The whole stay was perfect. The room was beautiful. The view incredible. The food in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner were all exquisite. Every single member of staff from the most senior to the most junior were very attentive, helpful and friendly. They simply could not do enough for us. And we could not have asked for anything more. We will be coming again and again.

The property itself is breathtaking, perched above the northern Sardinian coastline with sweeping views of the ocean. The infinity pool is an absolute must during your stay, as is the spa, where the treatments are nothing short of delightful. Aethos strikes a rare balance of luxury and ease. 26/07/2026: A positive experience. The food is good, with tasty dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The place is pleasant, and the service is attentive. The only area that could be improved is the wait staff: the waiters, while very courteous, come to the table a bit too frequently, sometimes seeming a bit intrusive. Overall, a good experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

05/07/2026: Essenza Bistrot. A restaurant that has perfected itself. From the outside, you could easily drive right past it. An unassuming facade, a house number – nothing more. Then the door opens, and everything changes. The space is meticulously designed. Every accessory has its place, every object its function. A world map on the wall, wine crates as shelves, wood and stone in perfect balance. This isn't by chance. This is "control as a passion." You can tell the owner has a "penchant for perfection." She goes from table to table, checking everything, not detachedly, but with a look that says: This isn't just something I take for granted. This means something to me. A rare sight. The "greeting from the kitchen" is already a statement. Pizza Pala, long fermentation, tomatoes, mozzarella, anchovies, capers. Homemade bread that tastes like poetry. Spaghetti with lobster. Stuffed pastries. Calamari fritti. Everything is of the highest quality, everything tastes magical. The service is pleasant and friendly. Almost too deferential. You can tell: These people want exactly what the owner wants – for everything to be perfect. It's not just warmth. It's dedication to an ideal. Truly wonderful. Then there's a man sitting at the next table. Alone. And he's eating. Calmly, attentively. He uses his phone frequently, but not frantically, not addictively. Simply present with his food and simultaneously connected to the world around him. And I wonder: Would I do this if I were single? A restaurant of this caliber, alone, to be with myself – without it having to feel lonely? The answer: "Yes. Right now." That's the moment I understand what Essenza truly is. Not necessarily a restaurant for two or for many. A restaurant for you. For your relationship with quality, with taste, with yourself. The owner understands this. She's created a place that forces you to be alone with yourself – whether you're sitting alone or with someone else. Whether that's control or wisdom remains to be seen. But "it works" 😉

11/07/2026: Beautiful beach, not crowded even at midday. Sun loungers and parasols are available for rent in the front section. We stayed in the back area by the rocks, where we had natural shade and it was pleasantly quiet. There were some impressive sailboats and yachts anchored in the bay. The parking lot is a four-minute walk away and costs €3.50 per hour.

27/06/2026: Beautiful beach with nearby coves, but it's a shame about the boats, as there are numerous buoys and passageways for dinghies. Daily parking is €20, or €3 per hour.

09/08/2026: Terrible restaurant service. Only one person taking food orders (who pretends not to hear you if you call out to her) and one person taking drinks orders. After a long wait and several attempts to call the waitress, who wouldn't even look at you, I left. The customers almost seemed like a nuisance. They don't know what restaurant service is here; they're just improvised people, which I wouldn't expect at all in a place like this. Good job (if you can call it that).

25/04/2026: A 2-night stay. A major plus was the independent room (accommodation). Parking space. The room was very basic but well-equipped. A minor drawback was the dampness in the room. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was simple but adequate. The location was peaceful, surrounded by nature, and ideal for relaxation.

01/06/2026: We were absolutely thrilled with the restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious 😋 and the service was amazing 😀 We haven't experienced such a friendly atmosphere in a long time. Since it wasn't too crowded that evening, we were even able to request our favorite Italian songs. It was a super fun evening in a lovely setting 👍

30/05/2026: The place is nice. I had mozzarella with tomatoes and basil as a starter. I ordered extra basil and added a lot more seasoning. The main course was fried potatoes, which were quite old, dried out, and wrinkled. The mixed fried fish took a long time to arrive, and the potatoes were cold by the time they came. I had to season that too. The tiramisu for dessert was frozen, not homemade. The cappuccino arrived with a lot of cinnamon and chocolate—hello, I'm in Italy! I sent it back. A new cappuccino arrived with sour milk. I asked if they didn't like soy milk, as they were out of other options. I didn't believe me and tried it myself. The price for mozzarella with tomatoes was €16—far too expensive for that.
