17/09/2025: The location offers a beautiful view, but it's far from the city, so a car is necessary. The hotel is good for a weekend getaway, as there's no on-site entertainment. The breakfast was poor and identical throughout our seven-day stay. On the plus side, it was quiet and had plenty of space by the pool.

15/09/2025: Very good stay. Quiet hotel, great breakfast with a magnificent view. On the outskirts of Olbia and next to Pittulongu beach (book sunbeds with the hotel cat for a great rate and free parking). A receptionist speaks French and was lovely when we had some small problems and made calls for us in Italian. We will return to this establishment!

24/09/2025: We went to this pizzeria this Saturday. Excellent pizza, and these days it's hard to find something this good. Salvatore is very kind and precise in serving customers, as well as being knowledgeable in foreign languages, given how he even took care of a German table. We returned on Sunday after returning from Bonifacio due to an error on the receipt that was unfavorable to the restaurant owner. We believe that honesty pays off, and as workers, every cent is worth its weight in gold, and a €10 shortfall in the till makes a difference. Hoping to return to Santa Teresa one day and perhaps stay for a few days, we will definitely be eating at this pizzeria again. Congratulations, keep up the good work.

25/10/2025: The waitress was extremely unfriendly, ignoring us for 20 minutes even though there was nothing going on. After 20 minutes, I got the menu from the bar myself and said we'd like to order. She then reacted very provocatively and continued to ignore us in a "punitive" manner. We then left...

26/10/2025: Lovely place and great pizza! Child friendly, good choice and good prices. The serving staff were very friendly. The restaurant is closed during low season which runs from November until some time in March so worth checking if you are visiting over the colder months.

03/09/2025: The restaurant is a bit out of the way and may seem a bit unassuming, but we had a very good meal there. The service was very friendly and helpful. Our lack of language skills wasn't a problem. We'd love to come back!

14/11/2025: In a completely closed-off San Teodoro, I found this little restaurant, and it was a great experience. The culurgiones were excellent, with a tomato sauce that was clearly from the garden. The desserts were also homemade. The owner was very friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: We spent 5 days here in September. The setting was magical. The room was great. The private dipping pool was larger than some of the private pools I've had at other hotels. I appreciated all the toiletries. Breakfast was great also. The reason we picked Aethos over other hotels is because of it's location. It's a short pleasant walk along the water to Cannigione. So we didn't didn't always have to drive if we wanted to go out for lunch or dinner, or visit some shops. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The whole experience was just very relaxing and exceeded my expectations.

08/10/2025: We booked Aethos Sardinia for our honeymoon because it’s marketed as a secluded, adults-only luxury retreat focused on wellness and privacy. Instead we were placed next to a family with crying babies despite noting it was our honeymoon. The rooms were noisy, not soundproof, and our “private pool” was overlooked by other guests. There’s also no spa, despite it being a major selling point online. We paid over $1,300 per night expecting peace and luxury but got sleepless nights and little privacy. The website and instagram marketing is very misleading, and staff offered no real resolution. A very disappointing experience for what was meant to be a special trip. Every other hotel we have stayed at remotely close to this price was so much better.

28/10/2025: We ordered spaghetti, Buffalo pizza, tuna, and carbonara pasta, plus cappuccinos and water, and paid €114. The food was so salty that it was impossible to eat. In our opinion, the dishes were absolutely tasteless—a complete disappointment. We definitely do not recommend this place—it's best to avoid it. 29/09/2025: Good food and quality.... but the drink ptices are to high...after 4 years of visiting i am no longer ready to pay 10 Euros for an aperol...

28/09/2025: Great beach restaurant with a relaxed vibe. Prices are reasonable given the location right by the sea. We paid €47 for 2 mains, 2 beers and 2 coffees (umbrellas and chairs are on top of this) Portions were big and filling, food was ok overall, nothing fancy but a solid choice if you want a casual meal by the beach.

07/11/2025: We spent a week in Sardinia in October. We had two very poor dining experiences, though the prices weren't exactly modest. Unfortunately, we got the impression that many restaurants aren't interested in seeing a customer twice. We spent the last two days in Palau. Palau has a wonderful evening charm. We felt comfortable there and would gladly return. In the evening, we passed the small pizzeria MÀttizza La Pizza. It's primarily a takeaway place. There are a few tables for those who aren't looking for something too fancy. But the little place has its own unique flair, and we felt like we had arrived in Italy. The owner cooks himself and even comes out to ask customers if they're satisfied. His daughter handles sales and serving. Everyone is very friendly. The pizzas are truly excellent, and they also have wine. It's a great place for a small group to enjoy a meal. My wife was thrilled with the pizza with chickpeas. It's high quality for very little money.

14/10/2025: For me, it was a perfect pizza, and we took it with us. We were able to eat it still hot at the harbor—simply fantastic. The staff was super friendly, but the space outside and inside the pizzeria is very limited and less than romantic.

02/10/2025: We had the suckling pig (reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance), and what can I say? It was simply perfect: cooked to perfection, not dry, the skin crispy like chips, and flavorful. The waiter who served us was incredibly professional and kind. If you're in the area, I'd say it's a must-try.

08/10/2025: The bar with the most beautiful view in Porto Pollo. Very friendly staff and a good selection of drinks. There's also a small selection of food, nothing special but still very tasty. And enjoying the view at sunset with a fine drink—what more could you ask for?
