If it happens to me when I make them, I throw them away and make them again.
There is a way, all it takes is a little forethought.

28/10/2024: Sono stata in questa pasticceria per una piacevole merenda e sono rimasta entusiasta : personale gentilissimo e dolci molto buoni , in particolare "divini" quelli con ripieno di ricotta...Ho acquistato anche i culurgiones , ripieni di formaggio fresco, buonissimi. Quando ritornero' in Sardegna tra qualche mese sicuramente passero' in questa meravigliosa pasticceria

29/01/2025: Excellent... I'd say. best fish restaurant in the Pistis Marceddí area. We will return without a doubt. The view of the lagoon at sunset is nothing short of spectacular. For this alone it would be worth it, but then you will discover that as well as the eyes, the palate will also be fully satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

28/03/2025: I went for dinner on Thursday and I had a good time. I had a seafood carbonara and it was delicious and for dessert the tiramisu. As for the service in the dining room, everyone is very kind and always smiling. I will definitely be back 🍝

06/04/2025: It was all excellent. The stewed sheep meat, the wine, the French fries and the seadas accompanied by an excellent sweet Marsala recommended by the chef. The person who was with me took a pizza and described it as excellent and light.

26/09/2024: We happen upon this enchanting place for lunch by chance, my boyfriend and I were truly fascinated by the cuisine, quality raw materials but above all delicacy in the expression of the dishes. We also returned in the evening... Exceptional.. If we return to these parts, needless to say we will definitely return...

The pizza was delicious.
But our pasta dishes... shocking... I asked for a vegetable pasta dish and it had 1/20th of zucchini cut into strips. Otherwise just tomato sauce and pasta... glurps... I could have made this at home. My companion was also very disappointed with his pasta dish. Value for money for the pasta: 0/10.
Otherwise the waitress was friendly and the view was very beautiful.

In summer you dine on a beautiful panoramic terrace.
