07/03/2026: A typical Cagliari osteria, perhaps a little old-fashioned, but the food is delicious. This is the place where the pasta is at its best. I recommend the fish and seafood appetizers. The grilled cuttlefish is also very good.

14/01/2026: We went to this place for lunch today, drawn by the menu and the reviews we'd read. We had savory strudel, eggplant parmigiana, pasta with sardines, and pistachio cannoli. The dishes were delicious and plentiful. The prices were truly fair. We'll be back to try their other specialties. Congratulations!

Every time, it's a guarantee: carefully selected ingredients, authentic flavors, and traditional preparation methods. The panadas are simply delicious, from the meat to the vegetables, always fragrant and rich in flavor. 07/12/2025: We were cycling with our group at a critical point, and this place saved our lives. Everything in town was closed, and Itala literally saved our lives by opening her kitchen just for us! She prepared some absolutely amazing pappardelle with ragu for a fantastic price. Eternally grateful! A perfect ten!

I'm vegan and I managed to find so many things on the menu! Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo, but I did get a portion of rice with carrots and peas, and some truly delicious spicy chickpeas.
Highly recommended.

We were absolutely thrilled! The pizza at Floris was definitely a completely different quality than what we're used to. We tried the Pizza dalla Casa and the Pizza Sarda, and both were unique and tasted fantastic. A must for every pizza lover! Five stars!

27/10/2025: Cucumiao is the best of the three restaurants we visited in and around Palau. It's true that the menu, with its ten pages, can be daunting and make you wonder about the freshness of the dishes, but we tried several dishes and everything was perfect. I recommend the typical pane frattau dish, which is simply excellent.

01/03/2026: A great hotel in the city center. The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious, cleaned daily – I especially recommend the family room with two bathrooms. Breakfast is typical Italian, with a sweet selection of cakes and croissants, and the coffee is excellent. The service at the reception and in the restaurant is friendly.

18/03/2026: Lunch at Gufo Sardo was truly impeccable!
I enjoyed a simply amazing sea bream, perfectly cooked and incredibly fresh. The fried fish was also exceptional: crispy, light, and not at all greasy.
An experience I highly recommend to anyone who loves good food and authentic, traditional flavors.
I'll definitely be back!
