17/05/2025: The restaurant is very elegant, the service a little slow, we had to wait at least 30 minutes before the only waiter came to take the order. We had a pleasant dinner overall. My pasta dish stood out — it was not only very tasty but also quite unique in flavor and presentation, which I really appreciated. My wife’s pasta, while good, felt more conventional and didn’t leave much of an impression. The starter we shared was excellent, well-prepared, and full of flavor — definitely a highlight of the meal. As for dessert, it was both creative and delicious, a perfect way to end the evening. However, the service could use some improvement. While the staff was polite and helpful when they were available, there clearly weren’t enough servers to keep up with the number of tables. This led to longer-than-expected wait times between courses and a bit of a disjointed dining experience. The prices were on the higher side, which would have felt more justified with slightly more attentive service and consistency across all the dishes. Still, it was an enjoyable experience, especially for those looking to try something a bit different.

30/12/2024: Siamo rimasti veramente entusiasti dell'esperienza al ristorante! Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità, una vera coccola fin dal primo istante. L'atmosfera familiare e la simpatia del signor Bachisio ci hanno subito conquistato. Abbiamo iniziato con dei salumi deliziosi, accompagnati da un ottimo vino, che ci hanno fatto subito sentire a casa. I ravioli erano perfetti, ripieni con una delicatezza che li rendeva irresistibili. Il risotto, cremoso e saporito, ci ha conquistato, mentre la pecora in umido, tenera e ricca di sapore, è stata una vera delizia. Per non parlare della grigliata di carne, cotta alla perfezione e servita con patatine fresche fritte. Speriamo di ritornarci presto. Gioia

17/05/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting this facility for work, having the opportunity to try products and services. Everything managed and organized down to the smallest detail. Positioned practically facing the sea with a breathtaking view, a fabulous place cared for in every aspect. Excellent service and professionalism of all the staff. Highly recommended 😍

I had come from outside Sassari on purpose to eat Sardinian specialties. It seems that after the Sardinian ride they had earned good money and did not reopen

24/05/2025: Inside the place was full and they made us sit at some tables outside, no problem in this completely understandable only that the service was really slow, they didn't give me time to speak or ask for something that the waitress had disappeared, I asked for the spicy oil but it never arrived and the pizza was already finished, I can say that the service was not excellent but I suppose it is due to lack of staff, there were too many people for only two girls to serve, but the pizza is worth trying, really really good there is nothing to say

05/05/2025: Cibo prelibato in una location collinare molto suggestiva a pochi kilometri da Sassari con uno splendido panorama. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo i prodotti dell’orto cucinati in maniera eccelsa. 6 antipasti, 2 primi, sua maestà il maialetto cucinato perfettamente, dolci, caffè e digestivo. Tutto impeccabile, anche nostra figlia di 8 anni ha mangiato tutto molto volentieri, ci torneremo presto

28/04/2025: Per il pranzo del 25 aprile abbiamo scoperto questo splendido agriturismo a Tissi, a davvero pochi minuti da Sassari. Solo per farvi capire come abbiamo mangiato riferisco le parole di mio figlio, in genere non grande forchetta: "il cibo è stato cucinato dagli dei". Ecco, si è mangiato davvero da Dio. Tutto squisito, eccellente, a partire dal pane fatto in casa di diverse qualità (la focaccia nera credo resterà per sempre nei nostri cuori), ai mille antipasti particolarissimi (i tortini di peperone rosso allo zafferano o il pane fritto con una crema di formaggio stratosferica o le polpette di fregola per tutti... Ma erano tantissimi credetemi) ai primi squisiti (fregola ai carciofi e zafferano e maccarones 'e busa con ragù di pecora) ai secondi classici ma ottimi (maialetto e agnello arrosto con patate) ai dolci buonissimi. Il tutto poi reso migliore da un'accoglienza perfetta e gentilissima, da delle cameriere sempre attente e col sorriso e da un conto che per quel che si è mangiato era davvero irrisorio (45€ a testa e 25€ il bambino)
