22/06/2025: Wow Wow Wow! We went to Aethos Sardinia for our wedding Anniversary. Aethos welcomed us with a beautiful floral arrangement, champagne and chocolates. The customer service was a 10/10, staff was excellent, hospitality was excellent, food was great and the view was AMAZING!! Highly recommended!

16/07/2025: As Bell'Italia suggested in its Sardinia special, this is a place in the heart of Sassari where you can enjoy excellent traditional, home-cooked food at very affordable prices. We ate excellent handmade culurgiones, Sassari-style eggplant, incredibly tender tripe, and a mind-blowing seada with honey. All this under a cool barrel vault, even when it's 35°C outside. Family-run, with no frills but plenty of quality substance.

16/07/2025: The atmosphere was nice, quiet, and clean. The lady who served us was always very kind and helpful. The first courses were delicious and the portions generous, but the meat a little less so. The first night I had a rib-eye steak, and it was very chewy. The seafood risotto was good; the only downside was the shellfish and mollusks in the risotto that weren't peeled. By the time I finished cleaning them, the risotto had gone cold. Our 4-year-old daughter always wanted the gnocchi with sausage ragù (delicious), the spaghetti with bottarga was delicious, and the penne with salmon was also delicious. I recommend it.

03/06/2025: Many expectations... very well met... even more! Difficulty in choosing the dishes because the name alone makes them excellent! In the end I decided on the cold ones, that is all the tartare (offered in different variations). Followed by a "so-called normal" carpaccio but which, believe me, was nothing normal, fantastic and then to finish with the wagyu meat carpaccio (Kobe beef), the meat, what can I say... being one of the most prized meats in the world, EXCELLENT. The only small point here is to season with balsamic vinegar, not indiscriminately but on one side, so you can really appreciate the sublime WAGYU much more. The staff was also really friendly and nice. Now the only thing, I will have to do the 402.00 km round trip from San Gavino Monreale again. Ps. the superlative house wine accompanied the dishes very well.

22/04/2025: A truly authentic experience on Easter Monday, in the heart of Barbagia, the Bignà e Carru restaurant is a little gem in Belvì and an unmissable stop for those seeking authenticity, warmth and real flavours. The welcome is kind, sincere and full of pride for one's land. The place is small but well-kept, intimate, with an atmosphere that smells of home and tradition. The menu is a journey through flavours, from local cured meats to homemade first courses, each dish tells a story, while the desserts - especially Is Caschettes, a typical dessert reserved for special occasions such as parties and weddings - are a final treat not to be missed. The quality of the ingredients, the passion that can be felt in every detail and the respect for traditions make this place unique, an experience that goes beyond simply eating.
