08/04/2025: We went to this pub for both breakfast and then lunch. The place is welcoming with a fairly large outdoor area. The cappuccino is delicious and the burgers are equally good and tasty, to be accompanied by an excellent craft beer.

08/03/2025: I've been to Ales several times for work, it's already the first time. I went in by chance for a coffee and found a friendly and quiet environment. I went back again and had difficulty tasting the particular beers and sandwiches. I highly recommend it and will return again

18/05/2025: High-level agriturismo where I ate very well, enjoying Sardinian cuisine that pleasantly surprised me. All accompanied by elegance and courtesy, even in explaining in detail what my friends and I were about to eat. The owner's handmade pasta in the center of the room added a touch of extra warmth. Highly recommended place for a lunch with friends.

03/06/2025: I got a grilled mix of fish, but it was fried. It was a very regular dish and 24 eur is overpriced. We also wait for a table like 20 min, maybe because many tourists as we read so many positive reviews and wanted to enter, but it really is not worth it.

03/05/2025: We found this wonderful place by chance on google maps. As soon as we sat down we received impeccable service from Roberto (who we discovered was one of the owners). Excellent food quality, amazing service and an atmosphere that made us feel at home! We also had the pleasure of meeting Stefania at the end of the dinner who seems to read minds as she is good at understanding every need and gave us lots of advice for our stay in Sardinia. Really thanks guys :) we've been happy to come back several times and will definitely be back on our next Sardinian holidays! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! An absolutely must-do stop if you are in this area!

Situato nel cuore di Nuoro, si distingue come un ristorante capace di raccontare la Sardegna attraverso una cucina che guarda al futuro senza dimenticare le proprie radici. L’atmosfera è intima ma moderna, con un design essenziale che mette al centro la qualità della proposta gastronomica. I piatti sono un connubio raffinato tra ingredienti locali e tecniche contemporanee: ogni portata è curata nei minimi dettagli. Volendo, e non si sbaglia di certo, si può scegliere anche un’ottima selezione di carni nazionali e internazionali da cucinare alla griglia. Anche i dolci meritano una menzione speciale per l’originalità e l’equilibrio dei sapori. Il personale è giovane, competente e accogliente, pronto a guidare l’ospite in un’esperienza che va oltre la semplice cena. 22/04/2025: An authentic Sardinian experience - delicious food and friendly staff at an excellent price. The owner was very attentive and chatted to each table. Each day has a different menu - I had fregola marinara. Lots of restaurants in Olbia overcharge, particularly with drinks, but this was fantastic and had very reasonably priced wine. I was looking for a local place like this. Highly recommend.
