08/03/2026: Unfortunately, today we waited over an hour for two sandwiches... they served a table that arrived about 45 minutes after us first. I'm sorry, but even when we asked for explanations, they ignored us... I should point out that there was also a little girl at our table.

22/02/2026: An old-fashioned trattoria; there's no menu or wine list...and that's perfectly fine! The atmosphere is absolutely familiar, homey; what they offer is distinctive, something you won't find elsewhere. An experience definitely worth repeating and highly recommended.

11/11/2025: I happened to visit this place because it was next to my accommodation, and the owner was so, so kind!! The croissant was really delicious and full of cream👍🏻👍🏻 I wish there was a cafe like this near my houseㅠㅠ It was a cafe that I fell in love with so much that I was sad to leave. Everyone, you should definitely visit~~!

15/03/2026: We had lunch at Oasi, intrigued by the positive reviews, but we really can't explain why. Let's start by saying that I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but it's only right to offer a few tips for those who spend little time in Carloforte. We had a mix of appetizers, including a hard octopus salad, a vegetable and tuna caponata (I think it was tuna because the flavor was unrecognizable), which was obviously reheated, a tuna mousse, and some frozen tuna with Tropea onions. They looked like they'd just been taken out of the fridge, inedible! A tartare that looked fresh but had no connection with its seasonings. The man at the restaurant was kind, no complaints, but the quality was terrible!

07/10/2025: This restaurant is very good and reasonably priced, and unlike other restaurants, it's open during unusual hours, including in the afternoon. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was very generous and delicious, prepared fresh and quickly. The pizza with fresh tuna and stracciatella is a hidden gem. The restrooms are very nice and clean.

03/03/2026: We arrived without a reservation, but at the suggestion of an Italian, we were offered a table. We'd chosen a shrimp cocktail as an appetizer, and, true to Italian tradition, it was served on a single platter so you could share it. A pleasant experience. The pizza we had afterward was also excellent. The waitress was very busy and worked at a fast pace, but she managed everything perfectly and was also very friendly. Of course, she didn't speak much English. Around us were only Italians who were quite loud in their conversations, but that only added to the atmosphere.

04/12/2025: I'm truly speechless! I ordered my birthday cake on the recommendation of a colleague and it was amazing! Incredibly delicious, it melted in your mouth, and you could tell the ingredients were incredibly fresh. Everyone loved it and asked me where I got it. Plus, the owner was incredibly kind and even made me a Nutella cake! It was beautiful, too! Congratulations! From now on, I know where to go and make a great impression. I'll also be going back to get the artisanal panettone I saw in the window. I also got the pastries, which were also excellent, with various original flavors. I absolutely recommend this pastry shop! 18/11/2025: We went to the very interesting Su Tempiesu archaeological site and, after visiting, asked for a nearby place to eat. Snak Bar Deiana was recommended to us, so after calling to make sure it was open, we showed up. The kind young woman who greeted us told us they had recently moved the restaurant to a nearby space, converted from an apartment into a dining room. So, we ate as if we were in a private home, which seemed a little strange, but very pleasant and welcoming. The food was certainly enjoyable: we opted for delicious fritters with local herbs, typical Orune pasta made with barley, one with artichokes and one with cherry tomatoes and bottarga. For our main course, we had excellent wild boar steaks with chips, and we finished with seadas, which we shared. All this was accompanied by a good house wine from Atzara. We were satisfied with the food, but we especially appreciated the dedication of the young man who cooked this delicious lunch for us. Well done. Keep it up. Thanks, Priamo, Francesco, and Cristian.

26/12/2025: Christmas 2025 for four. We chose the Christmas lunch deal and had a truly wonderful time. From the valet parking, to the service (adequate and attentive), to the food (excellent and plentiful), and even the price (lower than other options), it was more than justified. In short, money well spent!! We'll gladly return.
