26/05/2025: I came in for a simple regenerative coffee since I had 2 hours of curves behind me. Even though I only stayed 10 minutes, it was enough for me to recover my strength and smile thanks also to the friendliness and friendliness of the staff. A well-stocked and welcoming place.

26/05/2025: We stopped one night in this village and discovered this little pizzeria in the center. That day the pizzas were in the form of Pinsa. They were incredibly good 🥰

26/05/2025: on the road and overlooking the port this restaurant offers pizzas and seafood dishes with excellent quality... our day was unlucky because there was a school group on a trip and the service was a bit longer, but we ate seared tuna and fried seafood that were truly excellent and plentiful with 1 beer and 1 bottle of water... Bill 63 euros... perhaps a little above the standard but balanced for the portions offered... I recommend

26/05/2025: Excellent restaurant on the Carloforte seafront. Beautiful location, excellent food as well as a variety of wines to choose from. We went twice and always ate different things and drank 2 different Sardinian Vermentino d.o.c. wines. Everything was excellent. Very kind and professional service. We highly recommend it. 28/06/2025: The worst pizza I ever had in my life, disaster, never visit this place

23/06/2025: Best pizzeria in the area, with a local, family atmosphere! The pizzas are inexpensive, 7 to 10 euros on average, and above all, excellent. The setting is superb, not too many tourists; the place is mostly frequented by locals, which I think adds character to the restaurant. I highly recommend it compared to the sanitized and overpriced pizzerias.

22/07/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant last week; it was even recommended to me because my daughter is celiac. There's parking inside the restaurant. The tables are outside; I recommend mosquito spray; we were bitten all evening. The three of us paid €99 for a tuna tartare—thin slices soaked in so much lemon that you couldn't even taste what you were eating. I ordered a plate of Malloreddus, which I ate just to get the taste of lemon out of my mouth. One of my daughters ordered fried food; the plate came with five calamari that were as dry as could be, four shrimp, and four small fish, the toughest you can imagine. The only one who was happy with it was my other daughter, who had the gluten-free pizza. I ordered a bottle of water, two Cokes, and a glass of Vermentino, which cost €7; I received a small glass of wine for two and a half inches. Finally, I ordered a panna cotta that was already gluten-free, with a €2 gluten-free surcharge added. A truly negative experience.

19/07/2025: We ordered the Sardinian antipasti with meats, cheese, and olives, a pizza with prosciutto cotto, a quattro formaggi pizza, spaghetti frutti di mare, a bottle of white wine, and tiramisu for dessert. The food was delicious and well-prepared. However, the service was quite slow, and unfortunately, no one spoke English or any language other than Italian, which made communication a bit difficult. They brought out the antipasti at the same time as the main courses, and although we ordered an additional Margherita pizza, it was brought to the table very late, when we got the desserts. Despite the service issues, the atmosphere was lovely—the restaurant has a spacious garden filled with flowers and ambient lighting, as well as its own private parking. Overall, the food and setting were great, but the service could definitely be improved.

07/07/2025: Welcoming, friendly place with a splendid view of the Alghero seafront.. excellent pizza, Neapolitan dough.. among the best I've ever eaten! I'll be back tomorrow to celebrate my birthday with the "personalized" paella that will be the heart of this location divided between Catalonia and Sardinian pride!! Federica

17/06/2025: We came to L’Ostrica Ubriaca hoping for a taste of real Italian pasta, but what we got was undercooked pasta and cold, tasteless shrimp. When we brought it up, the manager did apologize — but then told us we should have specified we wanted the pasta cooked more. It got worse when we agreed to wait for a new dish. The manager took over 20 minutes to bring it out, by which time the rest of the table was done eating. When I said we’d been waiting a long time, the manager casually brushed it off, saying they were “serving other people” — as if that makes my ruined experience acceptable? For €150, we expected quality and service. We got neither. The manager made no real effort to make things right. It felt like they just didn’t care. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

03/03/2025: la pizza ricorda quelle di un tempo, ormai sostituite da cornicioni inguardabili e pasta non lievitata, questa rappresenta orma una rarita', buona e digeribile; tempi nella norma, prezzi ok, la location, in pieno centro, andrebbe magari rinfrescata, con un okkio alla climatizzazione, non del tutto adeguata
