10/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato ieri in questo ristorante in occasione del mio compleanno, posto tranquillo con tavoli su un prato curatissimo. Cibo semplicemente sublime, dagli antipasti di mare, buonissimi, alla fregola con pesce davvero squisita. Un posto che merita un'altra esperienza (già prenotata per il mio onomastico il 13 p.v.)- Personale gentile, cortese e sorridente e molto attento. Prezzi per una cena a base di pesce assolutamente in linea.

27/05/2025: Bella struttura immersa nel verde, giardino ampio e molto curato. Accoglienza molto cordiale da parte dell' esuberante e simpaticissimo Giuseppe. Abbiamo scelto la fregola ai frutti di mare preceduta, come da suggerimento di Giuseppe, da un piccolo antipasto, cozze gratinate, che abbiamo condiviso. La fregola è di fatto un piatto unico, molto abbondante e molto ricco di pesce, astice compreso. Come dessert una seadas con miele e un semifreddo. Vermentino della casa molto buono, mirto e limoncello ci sono stati offerti. Esperienza molto positiva, prezzo corretto. Torneremo per un menù di terra! Un sentito grazie a Giuseppe e complimenti al cuoco! .

12/01/2025: Perfect place for any kind of ceremony, from weddings to birthdays. Very beautiful location, surrounded by greenery and with an outdoor swimming pool for summer parties. Very friendly and well organized staff. As a photographer I can say that it is one of my favorite places!! Congratulations +++

30/06/2025: After a long climb and a few stairs up to the Castelsardo castle, we found this very nice trattoria and stopped to ask if there was room. Very fresh fish and very good dishes, the service very efficient and very attentive... The mixed fried food was super with the catch of the day too! I would gladly go back! You eat fresh fish so the prices are a little high but in line with the restaurants and trattorias nearby...

27/06/2025: After waiting over an hour for the bus, we arrived at the top of Casteldefardo around 2:00 PM. Since it was lunchtime and we didn't have much time to compare options, we decided to sit down at this restaurant. Upon reviewing the menu, we were surprised that no pasta dish was under 18 euros. We ordered a seafood fregola and spaghetti with mussels; the bill for these two dishes alone came to 40 euros. As for the food, the fregola was quite greasy and, overall, lacked the delicacy and balance of flavor expected at this price. The spaghetti, meanwhile, arrived laden with oil, cheese, and oregano, with a presentation and combination of ingredients that struck us as unrefined and lacking in culinary coherence. The dining experience, in this case, did not justify the cost at all. Considering the value for money, we opted not to order dessert. Another point to consider is the coperto, which is charged at €3 per person. During our stay in Sardinia, we visited several restaurants with more thoughtful offerings and more reasonable prices, and the coperto was always below this figure. In short, we believe this establishment should reconsider its strategy: either adjust its prices to what they actually offer or raise the standard of its cuisine. As it stands, €22 for a pasta dish with this execution seemed disproportionate to us. On the plus side, we should highlight the friendliness of the staff, who were attentive and cordial throughout. However, our overall rating is primarily influenced by the quality of the dishes and their price.

03/06/2025: An institution since 1875, perhaps the most beautiful bar in Nuoro. Excellent herbal teas, excellent everything. Seeing it closed breaks my heart. I hope that the municipality of Nuoro will apply itself to help reopen a historic cafe, since it is not an ordinary place and since the rent was certainly not cheap... mistakenly. Just like they do in all the cities of Europe.

07/02/2025: Anno fondazione 1875. Sembra una stranezza in mezzo alla Barbagia esista un locale storico di questo livello. Eppure qui arrivò la Belle Epoque, grazie anche alla verve culturale che generò poeti come Grazia Deledda. Stucchi specchi, decorazioni veramente molto affascinanti. Ci siamo fermati per uno spuntino, nulla di particolare, ma l’ambiente ne è valso la pena.

25/07/2025: Mixed experience: free aperitif glasses and good pizzas but very slow and disorganized service (20 minutes to come and take our order and the same to get our 2 pizzas).

29/06/2025: An oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery. High-level restaurants with excellent food, the possibility of playing sports (tennis courts, padel, outdoor gym), the possibility of walks immersed in nature and among animals (aviaries, chicken coop, etc.). Countless services such as shuttle buses to the beach, swimming pools, shops, parapharmacy, ice cream shop, mini club for the little ones, bottle-feeding area, etc. Evening entertainment with music and high-level shows for adults and children. Compliments to all the staff, always kind and available for every need. If you want to unplug and be pampered, you are in the right place! I highly recommend it for both families and couples.

28/06/2025: The hotel strongly resembles a youth hostel, with the receptionist hidden behind numerous notes, plastic chairs, and dried-up plants... The view from the breakfast room is sensational, though, and the beds and bathroom aren't bad. The price, however, is clearly too high. For food, we opted for pizza and mussels due to the poor reviews, because you can't go wrong with them. The quality was okay, but they were served every 10 minutes.

27/06/2025: We were recommended this place however we found that the pizza was average compared to other places in Sardinia. The terrace was way too hot, no fan or any A/c available which was a shame.

08/06/2025: Excellent pizza, both the dough (perhaps with a minute more cooking it would have been exceptional) and the ingredients. Good desserts. Impeccable service. While consuming we noticed that the children had kindly already been cut the pizza ☺️. Quiet atmosphere Terrible experience last night. Booked around 7pm for 8.30pm. We ask to sit at a table but they tell us it is booked (customers arrive when we leave). We wait quite a while to order drinks and after almost half an hour (despite "room" and all the empty tables they take the order for pizzas. After a long wait and seeing other tables served first (friends?) we are served after my polite (I think) protests. We left singing "My name is Never again"

22/04/2025: When I want to eat excellent Sardinian desserts, this is the only place where I go to buy them. They are always excellent and fresh.

13/04/2025: Small pastry shop with pastries at 23 euros per kilo. The almond pastries were very good, it's a shame about the pardule which we didn't like.

06/07/2025: Today we were at your place I have to say we had a great time the food was good the staff were helpful but above all a waiter with his friendliness and helpfulness named Manuel like all the others, is a Thanks to the wonderful people at karaoke we will be back soon ❤️

25/04/2025: Cuaddus e Tellas is the classic Agriturismo guarantee of authenticity and friendliness. The room is clean and very spacious, with an exceptional view of the valley below, and also suitable for disabled people. We also had dinner with very tasty meat raised on site and sublime cold cuts, always homemade. Excellent homemade bitters and desserts. The dinner ended with the conviviality of Mrs. Franca and her husband Peppe, who filled us with advice and anecdotes about the places in this splendid land.

15/07/2025: Fresh, well-cooked fish. The seafood menu is varied and caters to all tastes. The table service is courteous and attentive. I had a fresh, delicate sea bream baked in salt. The seafood first courses are excellent.
