We stumbled upon this place by chance, as it was the only restaurant with availability (it was August 7th). The staff were extremely friendly, the service was quick, the food delicious, and the price was absolutely right.
We returned a week later, and the wonderful experience was confirmed.

Tagliolini del Corsaro are delicious, the service is welcoming and the place is in perfect harmony with the island.
We had dinner at this restaurant during a visit to Carloforte.
The staff were very kind in recommending the dishes we should order. We had the red tuna capunata and the tuna tagliata, both very good! You can taste the fresh tuna.

The food was excellent, and the staff was very courteous and attentive to detail. The waiters at lunch were very attentive to every detail and are always ready to suggest the best solutions to suit your needs. The pizzas and desserts were also excellent.

Recommended by people who had already been there for lunch (during a business trip); we went to check it out.
An appetizer (mussel soup) was served, followed by a delicious plate of steaming pasta (spaghetti with tuna, clams, mussels, and tomato concasse), a main course (fried squid rings + French fries), and a coffee ☕️. This was the tourist menu (seafood). There's also a meat menu, but we opted for the first course.
Super satisfied 😋😋😋😋😋
I highly recommend it for the food, the speed of service, and the kindness.

First things first... I'm celiac, and here I always find gluten-free seafood and meat, from appetizers to dessert. We've been coming for years, and it's never disappointed! The staff is courteous and friendly.
