Friendliness, kindness, and great professionalism...number 1! The best in Stintino...delicious food and great customer service. When we decide to spend a carefree evening and eat well, the sarago is always our first choice...thank you so much, and see you soon!

03/10/2025: We're almost in the historic center of Cagliari. A beautiful place. Decorated with character. Large outdoor terrace. We stopped with friends for an aperitif. Friendly service. Unfortunately, the Aperol Spritz was sad and very diluted, with very little Aperol; in fact, it seemed very pale. Even the second time, it was made the same way... so I assume they do it that way... what a shame. Even the snacks that accompanied the Spritz were perfectly in line with the Spritz. A shame.
30/09/2025: I was there for about 45 minutes, we've ordered the drinks and the food. After claming the drinks to different waiters a couple of times, while seeing other tables getting served (slowly) before us and one waiter kicking a pigeon, we decided to leave.

05/11/2025: We spent two weeks in Palau and this was the nicest and most complete dining experience we had.
The service and hospitality were spot on, attentive but not intrusive, and all the food was lovely - the grilled calamari was wonderful - I had it both evenings - the starters of marinated mussels and the monkfish Catalan were a delight, as was the grilled sea bass.
We ate here our last two evenings and it was a delightful way to bring our holiday to a close.
21/10/2025: Simple, homemade, and surprisingly accurate cooking. It was a treat 😜

11/09/2025: Lovely place, disappointing food. They didn't have spaghetti or any other pasta to make with seafood or clams... basically, a restaurant without pasta. Only tortelli and tortelloni filled with seafood. In the end, we opted for the fregula allo scoglio, which tasted like grandma's minestrone, and that wasn't edible either. The fregula was drowned in broth. The main course was lacking in variety. This restaurant should be forgotten. Very expensive.

17/09/2025: We had a bit of a wait to pass the time, so we stopped for a drink. €3.50 for a beer and a Coke isn't unusual in this city, and it's okay. The staff was very friendly, and it's nice to watch the hustle and bustle of the street from the terrace. I can definitely recommend this bar.
