03/02/2026: Terrible experience. The pizzas arrived burned after an hour and a half, and the taste was nothing special. The owner was truly rude. It was unacceptable to pay a €2 cover charge, receive menus wrapped in ribbons, and not find the table set upon arrival. Children were running around, knocking over chairs and tables, and the manager didn't say anything... Even the attention to cleanliness and hygiene seemed truly lacking. **UPDATE** Comparing a woman to an animal just because of a jacket is truly despicable. Unprofessional attitude. In any case, your response demonstrates the lowliness of the place...

13/01/2026: I went for lunch and ordered a medium rare steak. They brought me a thin slice, cut into pieces, and cooked through. I expected a good portion of medium rare steak. I pointed this out to the owner, who reiterated that the meat was only half-cooked. A terrible experience, never to be repeated.

01/01/2026: Last night the organization for the grand dinner on December 31st was simply perfect. Thanks to the staff who proved to be friendly, professional, attentive, smiling, kind and welcoming. 16/11/2025: Hotel located on a hill in Mattinata with breathtaking views of the beach and town. Clean and comfortable room with two entrances, one from the parking lot and one from the porch with panoramic views. Excellent breakfast served under a beautiful pergola on a warm October day. Friendly and professional staff. Ample parking. The nearest beach and marina are just a few minutes' walk away. Definitely worth a try.

28/08/2025: This pizzeria has both an indoor dining room and an outdoor gazebo. The place is well-maintained, modern in style, and well-lit. The pizza has a high, soft crust, and good toppings. I did notice, however, that the pizza crust was too thin; while it was hot, it was soft, but as it cooled, it became increasingly tough, so much so that it was difficult to cut. I expected better. Free parking is available, and it's easy to find on the street.

09/01/2026: The atmosphere is super clean, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcome customers with kindness and professionalism. And the pizza, what can I say? Soft and light dough, just the right toppings, and you can even choose a version not listed on the menu. Must try radicchio, gorgonzola, speck, and buffalo mozzarella. EXCELLENT ☺️ The pizzeria also offers a round pizza option, with reasonable prices. Well done, and thank you always ❤️

02/12/2025: Gradually, this bar has become a go-to spot for breakfast and aperitifs in the village of Vico del Gargano. It's also gained some notoriety by opening a small restaurant, focusing on local ingredients, offering good quantities at competitive prices. The variety has improved. Well done, highly recommended.

13/01/2026: LOCATION: The Lido Giardino di Monsignore Pizzeria and Restaurant is located in Contrada Torre del Porto in Mattinata. A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: This restaurant is well-known among tourists and locals alike. When you arrive, you can enjoy an incredible view of the sea. Especially at sunset, when the sun disappears behind the rocks, the sea is tinged with various colors. On the several occasions I've been, I've enjoyed both the fish-based first and second courses, as well as the pizzas. Each dish reflects the tradition of the Gargano. The restaurant has ample parking, a significant detail in an area that's very busy during the summer months. The photographs I took are testimonies that tell a story, more than a thousand words. FUN FACT: DID YOU KNOW THAT...? The Port Tower was one of the ancient coastal towers built in the 16th century to guard against Ottoman pirate raids.
