We were in this splendid restaurant this evening and it was an exciting experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was very friendly. The cuisine deserved 10 out of 10. The dishes were well made and of an excellent quality. They were simply fantastic and we recommend them wholeheartedly. ❤️

17/04/2026: I got married yesterday, April 16th, and I decided to celebrate it with them after seeing their website on Instagram. I went in person, and Valentina was very, very kind and friendly in showing me the whole structure and explaining how it works. What can I say? I immediately booked the date, and I celebrated there yesterday! The entire staff was unique, they followed us step by step and were by my side for everything, they even helped me clean my wedding dress, which had gotten dirty twice! 🤣 The lunch was excellent, we created a menu together with Valentina based on our tastes. The welcome entrance outside was fabulous! In the dining room, appetizers, first and second courses, all you can eat because the waiters always came by for seconds! The cake was made by them. Oh my, I've never eaten such a good wedding cake!!! I had made a request, and it was accepted and recreated exactly as I had asked, always talking about the cake (I'm attaching a photo). And when we returned to the dining room to eat the cake, the waitresses arrived with the dessert buffet, HUGE BABAs 😍 everyone was in disbelief, and so many cakes, miniatures, etc., etc. That night we stayed there, where they left us a nice bottle of prosecco in the superior room (beautiful!!) and above all, SO CLEAN!!!! Oh, I forgot, Valentina decorated the room for me with colorful flowers, gorgeous! I highly recommend, highly recommend, coming to celebrate here! I will never forget this day because it was truly a fairytale! The staff are amazing, very kind, and always with a big smile… ❤️ Thank you all, thanks to the owner and Valentina, thanks to the waitresses and the chefs, who cooked everything with love and passion, thanks to all the staff! See you next time!!! ❤️❤️❤️

22/03/2026: Excellent service, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, truly delicious cuisine made with top-quality ingredients, and a superb wine selection for all budgets, with excellent quality from the cheapest to the most expensive. Recommended for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends for important events, the quality is truly excellent.
22/01/2026: The focus on lactose-free options was excellent, but the main courses were disappointing. I visited Dispensa in Foggia, curious about this new place for me, having not lived in the city for years. The experience was a mix of positives and decidedly subdued aspects. The caramel and salted peanut cheesecake deserves a special mention: finding a lactose-free dessert this good is not a given, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The patatas bravas with peel and rosemary were also very good. The other courses, however, disappointed me: Scrocchiarella: being intolerant, I asked for the burrata to be removed and if it could be replaced with something else, but I was told there was nothing available. I felt like I'd put the person taking the order on the spot, and while it was a nice idea, without an alternative, the final taste was a bit bland. Tuna tataki: the plating is nice, but the corn-crusted breading was so overpowering that it completely covered the flavor of the tuna. A shame, because I was excited to try it. Fassona beef tartare: the sorest point. I'm used to bright red tartare; this one was dull (I've attached a photo), and the flavor was covered by the tomato crumble. I wasn't convinced by either the perceived freshness or the quality of the meat, which seemed almost camouflaged by the breading. Overall, the concept of the place is very nice, but for the price (including a €4 amaro), I expected a more refined balance of flavors and more prominent ingredients. I hope this provides useful feedback for improvement.
