Perhaps the only flaw is the seal on the bag, which is a bit weak, but the rolled-up bag seal preserves the flavor.

Fresh, delicious, and authentic. If you want to eat well and feel pampered, Risincà is the place to be!
13/08/2025: A fantastic aperitif-dinner in a truly refined location, on a terrace with a view and a relaxing atmosphere. The table was tastefully and carefully set, elegant glasses were served, and the aperitif, prepared by the delightful chef Liliana, was rich and delicious, with warm and crispy fried dishes, gourmet crostini, and super-stuffed focaccia... everything delicious and perfectly presented!
Antonio was extremely kind, attentive, and always smiling, and he gave us the perfect wine advice. You can see the passion behind every detail. A place we'll definitely return to, perfect for a special evening with friends or as a couple. Congratulations!

I haven't been able to make it there for many years now, but supplies arrive here in Florence too. Unique, original, and unparalleled goodness. Impeccable service. Long live La Massaia.
11/12/2025: I had the pleasure of meeting the shop, its products, and its managers directly on site in Vieste. I was able to choose the products right in the shop, even sampling them. I wanted to try home delivery so I could put these delicious cheeses on the table for the holidays. Delivery in 4 days as specified. Perfectly vacuum-packed. I'm satisfied. I should point out that I live in Brescia. Thank you and a hug.

29/05/2025: The "Agatone" pizzeria is a small establishment, adjacent to the bar, overlooking the main square of Sant'Agata di Puglia. The atmosphere is simple and familiar, very rustic yet pleasant. The pizza is cooked in a wood-fired oven; it's thin and fragrant, with a crispy crust, and richly topped with ingredients. The Mangiafuoco option, with salami and spicy sausage as well as peppers, is very tasty. The pizza with lettuce and cherry tomatoes is also excellent. The bill is truly generous.

23/10/2025: I've been a customer for years now, and returning to Ostaria is always like coming home.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food consistently top-quality, and the prices are truly fair.
The meat and fish are always fresh, the dishes authentic and prepared with attention to every detail: never a disappointment.
Michele is fantastic, always available and attentive, and the entire staff contributes to the impeccable service: fast, courteous, and with that touch of familiarity that truly makes the difference.
A genuine place, where you eat well and feel good.
If you're in the area, stopping here is a must.

They prepared and served special dishes, delighting and pampering me from appetizer to dessert. You're my priority; you'll always be my first choice. While running this restaurant, I've met wonderful people and the food exceeded my expectations.

11/01/2026: The food is good and the quality is beyond question, but the prices are decidedly excessive for what's on offer. Paying €31 per person for a sandwich, a bruschetta, and a supermarket beer is inexcusable.
Add to this the wait time of over 50 minutes, far too long considering the simplicity of the dishes.
Considering the delay in serving dinner, a little attention to the customer, such as offering a liqueur, would have been appreciated. Not even an apology for the wait was offered.
The final impression is that the goal is simply to cash in, without any real concern for the customer experience.
Overall, the experience is unbalanced: the quality is good, but the value for money and service management need to be reassessed.

The establishment is popular, so it is better to book a table in advance. The cuisine is at a high level: the dishes are delicious, the presentation is thoughtful. The service is impeccable - attentive, professional waiters. The girl singer left a special impression: her voice and performance added warmth and special magic to the evening. I definitely want to come back again.
