The "Agatone" pizzeria is a small establishment, adjacent to the bar, overlooking the main square of Sant'Agata di Puglia. The atmosphere is simple and familiar, very rustic yet pleasant. The pizza is cooked in a wood-fired oven; it's thin and fragrant, with a crispy crust, and richly topped with ingredients. The Mangiafuoco option, with salami and spicy sausage as well as peppers, is very tasty. The pizza with lettuce and cherry tomatoes is also excellent. The bill is truly generous.
