07/12/2025: Update: We've been back, and this time I've noticed some nice improvements. The waitresses are friendly. Plus, the uramaki now come in sets of four, which is nice because you can try more. The mango gunkan with seared salmon are also delicious. And finally, you can now order the rabbit bread with condensed milk at Hana too. I'll be back.

16/03/2026: Sunday lunch at Posta Guevara. The menu offered several courses, and everything was delicious, especially the appetizers. The meal was enjoyable, and the time passed quickly between courses. Friendly service and a quiet atmosphere—a good choice for a Sunday meal.

08/03/2026: SHAMEFUL, STARTING WITH THE OWNER. WE CALLED AT 8 PM TO RESERVE FOR 3 PEOPLE AT 9:30 PM AND THE ANSWER WAS “YES, NO PROBLEM” WE ARRIVED THERE AND THE LADY (EVEN THOUGH WE HAD RESERVED) TOLD US THAT SHE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE A TABLE. WE WAITED FOR THEM TO ORGANIZE AND AS SOON AS WE SIT DOWN IN A CORNER NEAR THE ENTRANCE THE TWO LARGE DOGS STARTED TO COME IN. I AM ALLERGIC TO DOG AND CAT HAIR AND I MADE THIS KNOWN TO HAVE THEM LEAVE AND THEY TOLD US “OK, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ANNOY YOU” FIRST OF ALL, THE DOG WAS UNDER OUR TABLE AND ALL THIS WAS HUNTING!!! AFTER WE ORDERED, THE OWNER NOTICED WE HAD A DIRTY TABLECLOTH AND CHANGED IT. ONLY AFTER WE FINISHED THE APPETIZER DID THEY REMEMBER TO BRING US WINE. THEN WE HAD TO WAIT 1:30 BEFORE ASKING WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR MAIN COURSE. THE OWNER DECIDED TO BRING US THE BILL. AFTER AN EXHAUSTING WAIT, WHAT WE HAD ORDERED ARRIVED, OR MAYBE BECAUSE THE FRIED FOOD I HAD ORDERED WAS MIXED, BUT IT WAS Brought TO ME WITH ONLY A FEW LITTLE FISH. THANK GOODNESS THE GIRL WHO TOOK OUR ORDER UNDERSTOOD THAT THE KITCHEN HAD MADE A MISTAKE. WE PAID, AND THE AWESOME OWNER COULDN'T EVEN LOOK US IN THE FACE TO APOLOGIZE. FIRST SHE MADE US PAY, AND THEN SHE SHOWED US IF EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT. I'VE BEEN WORKING IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS, AND I'VE NEVER SEEN AN OWNER INCAPABLE OF DOING HER JOB. WE WERE IGNORED BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. SHAME, NEVER AGAIN!

10/09/2025: Don't be fooled by the superlatives used to sing the praises (but which ones?) of this steakhouse. If you're thinking of eating meat, trust your instincts, not the advice of anyone behind the clearly visible meat counter, or you'll end up paying nearly €40 for a nearly inedible cut. I returned half of my steak after mentioning it to the waiter, but the price remained the same on the bill. Only after telling the cashier we were staying at a nearby B&B did they take 10% off our total bill, which still remained steep. The bombette were just okay, the mixed salad good, the house red wine decidedly subpar. There's probably better options around in and around Peschici.

05/09/2025: I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option. The food is good, of good quality, but unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. It was completely confusing because all the dishes arrived at once, and we ate the appetizer with the meat, otherwise it would have been cold. GOOD FOOD, BUT THE ORGANIZATION NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

21/01/2026: A group of friends. The positive aspect is definitely the food: the pizza is good, as are the fried appetizers. However, the overall experience was marred by service management that definitely needs rethinking. ​Despite being practically the only customers at around 9:30 PM, For a table of 8, upon our first request, we were only served two sachets of sauce. We had to insist on one each. One of the pizzas was labeled coppa, but it was served with mortadella without any warning. There were problems with payment: despite the waitress confirming at the table that we could pay separately, when we went to pay at the cash register, we were refused payment. The reason given (excessive fees for electronic payments) was deemed unprofessional, forcing one of us to pay the full amount for everyone, since we didn't all have the exact amount of cash. ​In short: the ingredients are there and they are good, but customer service and organization are fundamental aspects that are currently lacking. I hope they can improve, because the pizza is worth it.

12/12/2025: We're truly lucky to have this pizzeria close to home... The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, thanks in part to the friendly and genuine owner, who always welcomes you with a smile and a kind word. But the real star is the pizza: truly, truly excellent. The dough is incredibly light, long-rising, easy to digest, and fragrant. The ingredients are clearly of the highest quality, fresh and carefully selected, and you can taste it in every bite. A place to return to often.

05/08/2025: Everything was well organized, I loved the check in, the only thing that bothered me was always asking for keys... a key for a chemical, a key for an electric column because every time I turned on the stove it would fall and I had to call and wait for a key for dirty water...

24/09/2025: A bad experience. The food was pre-cooked, reheated several times, and then served. As with the risotto in the photo, it practically fell apart. The two glasses of white wine we ordered were of poor quality and had oxidized, as you can see in the photo, undoubtedly due to improper storage. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. Improve the quality of your products.

21/09/2025: I reply by saying that I go to the fishmonger's regularly and I know very well how much an octopus costs, after the first tentacle they brought me another 2 tentacles, and it doesn't seem to me that the total of three tentacles is worth 20 euros, so it doesn't seem to me that you work honestly, in fact, moreover the rudeness of the owner is unacceptable, she turned her back on me and walked away... answering me rudely... 21/11/2025: I celebrated my graduation here and it was an unforgettable evening. The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly kind and always available. The room, along with the decor, was simply stunning. Highly recommended!

16/11/2025: If there was the possibility of not giving even one star I would have done so. We stayed in this hotel which looks great from the outside, but in reality it is worth very little. Room full of hair, encrusted shower tray and peeling paint, dirty floor. Cold room with very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. But the real flaw was not having warned us that there was a graduation party with lots of loud music and fireworks. The party ended at 1:30, absurd for those like us who had chosen this place to relax. When we called the reception to point out that it was impossible for us to sleep at 00:10 they assured us that they would turn everything off by 00:30, nothing true. Elderly bartender frustrated and grumpy. Never again if there had been the possibility of leaving the room we would have done it even in the middle of the night. Never ever again.
