Great experience. Firstly, restaurant were ready to make pasta carbonara (was not in menu) for children, and children rated it as very tasty. We were 2 adults and 2 children. Secondly, I took second meal and it was not exactly what I wanted. But then I ordered additional meal and tried to explain to waitress what I want (I think I didnt know what exactly I wanted:D) and they bring exactly what I wanted - tasty seafood mix. My girlfriend took seafood risoto, very tasty. Maybe the best seafod rissoto which I have tried. Wide range of emotions and lot of fun - suggest this restaurant. But dont be afraid to speak with waiters and ask about meals to get exactly what you want.

During a business trip, we dined at Box 19 in Vieste with a colleague. We ordered two first courses, which we found to be truly delicious and well-prepared, with pleasant flavors and generous portions. The mixed fried fish was a little less impressive: both the quantity and quality seemed slightly below expectations. Overall, however, the place is pleasant, and the experience was positive. A good restaurant for a quiet evening, perhaps focusing primarily on the first courses.

What can I say... a truly fantastic experience! We visited this restaurant in December, and despite the season, it was completely packed: that alone speaks for itself. The welcome was warm and professional, the place was very well-kept and pleasant, but the real highlight was undoubtedly the food. Every dish we tried was excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The real highlight of the evening? The fusilloni with tuna and eggplant sauce: something indescribable, PHOTOTONIC, a must-try! And can we mention the fried fish? Light, crispy, and incredibly flavorful. A restaurant that wins you over in every way and is truly worth a visit. Highly recommended.

A traditional restaurant in Vieste, open year-round, with a regular staff. Not a tourist trap, our favorite restaurant for 30 years. The Box 19 appetizer is very special and generous, enough for three people. The Amativo red wine is excellent and as cheap as online. Thanks to Matteo, the owner.

The beef fillet with peppercorn sauce was perfect! The service was attentive. However, the friendliness (e.g., a smile), especially towards tourists, could be improved. The decor is tasteful and harmonious, though it could be enhanced with warmer lighting. The house limoncello is a delight!

04/04/2026: I rarely write a review while sitting at a table enjoying cantuccini with a house amaro. The owner greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome. We left it up to him, starting with a variety of appetizers, generous in size... so much so that, despite our hunger, they practically filled us up. But we couldn't leave without trying the wonderful orecchiette with turnip tops, brought directly to the table from the pan. The atmosphere and food are distinctive, where we finally return to the origins of simple cuisine, seasoned with love! Thank you so much for the wonderful lunch!

Piccola Osteria Km Zero

20/04/2026: A very nice restaurant, located in a quiet area of ​​Foggia. The dishes are all authentic and made with locally sourced vegetables and produce. The hostess is very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend a visit.
14/04/2026: Leaving Foggia is hard, but leaving Piccola Osteria Km Zero is even harder. It was the last place we decided to go before moving. And as always, this place didn't disappoint; in fact, it reminded us exactly why, over the past five years, it's become a staple of our lives here. The food is simply the best I've ever had in Foggia. I've already had my favorite dishes, the ones I couldn't give up. But what makes this place truly special isn't just the food. It's the way they welcome you. You're not a number, you're not a table to be quickly turned over: you're treated with warmth. And then there's the price, which is honestly hard to believe, considering the quality and quantity of what they serve. If you're from Foggia and have never been, go. If you've already been, you already know what I'm talking about. We're leaving, but a piece of us remains here.
