03/08/2025: Siamo stati a Elda per un pranzo in Foresta Umbra, esperienza meravigliosa! Cucina creativa con prodotti di qualità. Il servizio elegante e sempre con il sorriso. Conto nella media! Staff davvero competente, buona la carta dei vini, molti dei quali di produzione propria.

18/05/2025: Il ristorante per antonomasia. Gestione familiare, tutto a base di pesce fresco sia cotto che crudite'. Bere da cantine rinnomate, servizio severo e umile. Prezzi alla portata. 01/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm from Romagna, the land of hospitality par excellence. I have relatives in Manfredonia and I was born there. We arrive at this place, where two long faces welcome us, we ask to be able to sit down and they start by saying "look at the menu first and then you can sit down". I've never experienced anything like this before and I go around restaurants a lot. So we sit down because I was terribly hungry. On the menu I read ANGUS HAMBURGER. Well, I expect a sandwich since in the sandwich section the hamburger name is the same. I get a Swiss steak with a little rocket and some chopped tomatoes without seasoning, two of a kind of potato boats. I try the Swiss, dry as few things in this world, I ask for two sauces to wash it down, and the waitress, very annoyed, brings me two tiny bowls with mayonnaise and ketchup. So, first of all, if it was truly Black Angus, you let me choose how to cook the meat, not decide it voluntarily, and above all, don't look annoyed if the two people with me only wanted two beers and fries. In conclusion, my expectations were high since I had looked for it days before and was excited to try it, but as they teach us in Romagna, 1. a smile is fundamental 2. the customer is sacred 3. stay home if you don't want to work 4. don't open a restaurant if you don't know how to manage it. AN EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, EVER AGAIN.

15/10/2025: We stopped in to ask for information. They were very kind, offering delicious sandwiches made to order with fresh bread and a wide selection of cold cuts. The outdoor veranda is simple but frequented by many customers. The place is down-to-earth but pleasantly friendly.

05/10/2025: We had a delicious meal here today. Very friendly owners who radiate joy and hospitality. The food was excellent. The mixed antipasti was especially fantastic. We'll be back tomorrow.

16/08/2025: A very good bar and restaurant. Antonio was a legend. A very nice guy, one of 3 brothers. Spoke English very well and always has a smile for you. We eat in the restaurant once and had drinks and pizza, panni at the bar. Very nice atmosphere, very chilled. Would definitely recommend it and would go there again if in the area.

17/09/2025: An extraordinary takeout pizzeria. As for me, the Ortolana pizza is now on my regular menu, and it's truly delicious. Fresh ingredients, tasty and easy-to-digest dough, and friendly and helpful staff. A must-try.

26/05/2025: Entrare alla Cometa significa entrare in un ambiente familiare, accogliente, genuino. Il servizio è veloce e le pizze sono squisite. I proprietari, sempre sorridenti, mettono particolare attenzione sul servizio. Un piacere trovare rifugio alla Cometa ogni volta.

07/10/2025: We stayed in this beautiful place. Clean rooms, very attentive staff. We ate dinner almost every night at the restaurant inside. What can I say? The pizza was spectacular! Light and easy to digest, definitely cooked in a wood-fired oven! The first courses were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful! We'll be back!

24/08/2025: I've never had a business owner refuse to seat me, even though we'd said we'd wait to get a seat because there wasn't enough room. A table was about to become available, and the very customers who were supposed to give up their seats were shocked by the owner's response. Rude to the max, arrogant and presumptuous. There were eight of us; not only did they lose a potentially inviting table, but there was no valid reason why we shouldn't be seated.

21/11/2025: This is my third time here, and I have to say, everything is always excellent. The pizza dough is delicious, and the berry cheesecake is phenomenal. Highly recommended!!!
