This historic pizzeria and restaurant in Predazzo has been excellent both times. The thin, crispy pizza was delicious. The atmosphere was modern yet refined, and the service was impeccable, despite the busy schedule due to the nearby Olympic Games. Competitive prices and takeout available. See you next time!

The best pizza I've had in northern Italy, service from a barista who speaks every language in the world, the only pizzeria where they serve real pizza! At this point, you know you have to make a reservation, and I don't mind at all.

We had a wonderful time here. The dough is homemade, and you can really taste the difference — both pizzas were absolutely delicious. The Vegetarian and the Buffalo pizzas were full of flavor, perfectly baked, and beautifully fresh. The Aperols were big, refreshing, and very well made. The only small thing that could make it even better would be to serve the Aperols in proper Aperol glasses instead of basic water glasses — but that’s just a minor detail. Overall, everything was excellent, and I’d definitely come back!

21/04/2026: A truly special place if you are looking for real nature and authentic countryside life. Staying at Agriturismo Falcare feels like being completely immersed in the forest, surrounded by silence, fresh air and beautiful landscapes in the heart of the Gargano National Park. The food was excellent: outstanding caciocavallo cheese, great wine, and delicious meat — all from their own production, which makes everything taste genuine and high quality. You can really feel the passion behind every dish. What made the experience even better for our family was the kindness of the owner, who gave the children a dedicated room inside the restaurant where they could play happily and safely. They were super happy, and so were we. A perfect place for families, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to disconnect and enjoy something real. Highly recommended!
