26/03/2026: Best food we had in Puglia, period. Everything on the table comes from what you see around you on the property. We had to buy a jar of their olives before we left, and you should do too.

13/01/2026: I was there with my boyfriend last July, and I have to say that what I ate personally reminded me of the flavors of home, of what my grandmother used to make. Since I no longer live in Italy, it all took me back to my childhood memories. The owner of the masseria shared her passion for what she does with us, leaving us feeling truly touched. What can I say...the quality and price of the food are spot on, locally sourced! As soon as we're back in Italy, we'll be happy to return :). The cheeses are truly exceptional!!! The great simplicity, expertly transformed by chef Matteo, who accommodates every request and transforms your desires into dishes steeped in tradition and delightful goodness.... Thanks also to those who, with great experience and ambition, manage this business in a contemporary way, yet respectful of the history and culinary experience and ancient flavors of our city.

I come here often when I want to eat top-quality food (from the oil used in the preparations to the raisin and almond biscuits at the end of the meal), relax, and feel pampered by the staff and by Mr. Michele, an excellent host, supported by the waiter Marco, who is professional and very friendly. I'll add that I'm not a local, but I always travel 30-40 km to my absolute favorite restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent culinary experience.

The wines are excellent, with the option to purchase bottles from their selection. I chose to buy two bottles of Aglianico Kandèa to accompany the tasting menu. The prices are in line with the quality of the food and the beauty of the dishes. Everything was excellent, but the broken candles with almonds and the cod with gazpacho were incredible!
