One of the best restaurants in Italy. Everything was delicious. The texture of the burrata was amazing, definitely highly recommended. The parmigiana was also fantastic. The waiters were incredibly helpful and fun, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it a thousand times over!

A beautiful place in one of the most beautiful villages in the Itria Valley, where time and flavors are as they once were, authentic cuisine, and very friendly staff. It was a pleasure to enjoy your dishes. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely be back.

We were passing through for our daughter's dance competition, and I decided to try this restaurant I'd only heard about. It's an excellent restaurant that exceeded all our expectations. It offers typical local cuisine with intense flavors, welcoming and friendly staff, and a beautiful, well-maintained location. We'll definitely be back!

The restaurant hardly seemed open they were barely set up and there weren’t people around ready to welcome guests. At first when you enter it seemed charming with the decor and how the tables were set but the more we sat there it became more uncomfortable as we noticed the broken plates, different glasses and cutlery, and the fact that no one really knew what to do. We ordered several options on the menu and they each were ok at best. In selecting the wine there was this uncomfortable challenge between the manager and the server, which made us feel a bit sorry for her. She and another server were really trying their best but it seemed a rather poor organisation and the manager was quite hard. In the end it was the most expensive and most disappointing meal we’ve had since we’ve been in Puglia. I would not recommend it.

I visited Chicche di Zia Rosa in Cisternino and had a truly memorable experience. The dishes were simply fantastic, meticulously crafted and full of authentic flavors. The service was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive. The owners are truly true restaurateurs, people who put passion and professionalism into everything they do. A place absolutely worth discovering.

An excellent place to enjoy Bombette Pugliesi with sausages and baked potatoes. Among the best we tried in Puglia.
