30/06/2024: Had an amazing experience at La Marea. Raw fish was incredibly fresh and juicy and the host prepared a special dish that was an umami experience. Will surely come back!

22/06/2024: took almost 20 minutes to get our order taken, and the food took about an hour to get to the table. the food though, is amazing, but if you don’t want to wait a ridiculous amount of time, opt for something else for your vacation.

06/12/2024: By chance we passed by there, we stopped and had lunch, everything was of excellent quality, compliments, they don't deserve 5 stars, but 10 cum laude, especially the price is reasonable. Well done. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

01/07/2024: The restaurant is conveniently located in the very heart of the old town of Cisternino on a very charming little square. Very friendly service. Their menu is mostly Pizza, that are exceptional in taste, but also worth recommending are the starters. The general impression of the food was just great: unforgettable taste in your mouth, especially the white Pizza. The quality here is very good, with reasonable prices, making the deal really value for money with authentic italian dishes.

07/12/2024: Osteria Madre, a name a guarantee. After the positive experience at the bar, here we are at the restaurant of the same brand. Even more positive experience with reference to the restaurant part. Fine preparations with open kitchen, dishes with zero kilometer ingredients. Huge selection of wines, sparkling wines and champagne, but also spirits of all kinds, however at truly high national and international levels. Area dedicated to the cellar and meditation in room minus one, truly evocative. Everything is worth a visit and if you have the opportunity to treat yourself to this "luxury" I highly recommend you try it. Congratulations to the family that runs it..!

11/08/2024: Cocktail e cibo davvero pessimi. In più quando paghi con carta fanno i furbetti con il prezzo con la scusa "ci sono le commissioni", ma non esiste perché mi aspetto di pagare quanto scritto nel menù. Unica nota positiva il posto, abbastanza carino, per il resto sconsigliato

01/11/2024: Ultima chance, da premettere che sono un cliente fisso, e ci vado spesso poiché le carni e le loro cotture sono fantastiche, ma ogni tanto bisogna accettare sia le critiche e sia i complimenti. Servizio in plastica come al solito, prezzi in continuo aumento, ma a questo giro cottura del capicollo cinghialato pessima, per non parlare del sale aggiunto sulla carne e sul conto. Poi sentire pasqualino credersi il superman della brace non se ne può più, a vantarsi in giro per i tavoli.

25/11/2024: Negative experience. They make you wait to order, they don't even bring you water in the meantime. The customer is not considered uniformly. Almost an hour after ordering, the dish of broad beans finally arrives, which are only reheated. A miserable dish, 4 cornaletti that you couldn't even see and two forkfuls of chicory. Fava beans are known to represent a poor dish, paid dearly!! As a Pugliese, I tell you that it is now a trend to reduce portions and double prices. A shame!

13/11/2024: Characteristic restaurant in Cisternino with traditional appetizers, first courses and meat. Everything was excellent, the staff were friendly and courteous. Fair prices for the quality, location and position.

24/09/2024: The bill mentioned items of courses that were not actually served to us, very poor appetizers and finally I asked for the mustaccioli and they brought me four dry biscuits which they charged one euro each (scandalous). It's obvious we won't be returning again

28/08/2024: Peaceful family-friendly environment and friendly staff. Now comes the sore point...we ordered two gluten-free pizzas with bresaola and parmesan. They arrived shortly after but they were cold and hard, INEDIBLE. We communicated this to the waitress who apologised. At the checkout the owner punched the receipt, fortunately, but didn't bother to ask how it went. NO pizza, better anything else

31/10/2024: Ritornati dopo un di tempo e abbiamo trovato la stessa qualità e lo stesso servizio di sempre. Buona la pizza , bella location, servizio celere e professionale. In estate si può cenare fuori ma anche dentro l’atmosfera risulta piacevole. Prezzi nella norma. Da consigliare 👍

16/10/2024: Es war ein gelungener Abend mit der Familie. Sehr nette Bedienung. Freundlicher Chef der alles in englisch erklärt hat was es ist auf der Speisekarte. Normale Preise zu einem super essen. Getränke gab es zu normalen Preisen. Die anderen Gäste haben sich wohl auch wohl gefühlt. Es wurde überall viel gelacht. An die Restaurantcrew: macht weiter so.

10/12/2024: Five-star Baguetteria-Bistot.. Starting from the availability and professionalism of the owner and Valentina, capable of fully understanding the requests, offering a vast overview and advice on the dishes. The kitchen offers excellent proposals to say the least... beyond the baguettes there is really much, much more... the Bistro is capable of excellent lunches and dinners... the first courses are excellent, elaborate but at the same time delicate with the characteristic of keeping the flavors intact, based on fresh ingredients of the day.. Ditto for the second courses, top combinations.. A place that deserves the same attention as a starred restaurant.. Really good.. I highly recommend!!!

30/11/2024: Posto accogliente con ottimo cibo per una pausa pranzo in famiglia,lo consiglio assolutamente,da provare le baguette ....esperienza mistica.....Ci tornerò sicuramente.

What can I say, everything is excellent, I recommend trying the blue cheeses, a real pleasure for the palate, even the mix of super good vegetables. 07/08/2024: La location è carina, un bel giardino accogliente. Il menù è molto buono ma purtroppo un po’ scarno, poca disponibilità delle proposte, soprattutto dei secondi. Il servizio è cordiale, piacevole ma lento. Trappa attesa. Il conto è giusto, per niente turistico. Migliorabile.
