04/09/2025: The food was amazing, and the local atmosphere was fantastic, staff is super friendly

12/08/2025: I booked via WhatsApp and arrived at the appointed time, but the table needed to be set up. It was ready in 5 minutes. I should start by saying I'm not sure they actually reserved the table, because when I made my reservation, they simply replied "yes," without asking for any further information, like my name and phone number. It's a casual restaurant, heavily focused on meat. We ordered croquettes, a pizza, a hamburger, a Coke, a beer, and a homemade spumone, a typical Salento dessert. Everything was delicious, and the wait was quick, even though it was Saturday, August 9th. Price: €45.

13/07/2025: Small, dark, and dreary ice cream shop. Tiny portions. A €3.00 ice cream served in a cup so small it couldn't fit in your hand. I can't imagine where they'd put the €2.50 one. Flavorless ice cream!

04/07/2025: The place is dated, the furnishings are dated, the staff is dated. But a coffee granita with cream, an almond ice cream, a spumone that you find at their place you won't find anywhere within a 300 kilometer radius.

10/08/2025: A typical restaurant/pizzeria that aims to maximize quantity. Instead of raising prices, they've decided to increase the number of seats. Tables everywhere and very few staff... so long waits... spaghetti arrived cold and bland. A place to avoid, especially on weekends in August or July.

09/08/2025: Terrible experience and terrible staff!!! We arrived early at the restaurant and it was still empty. We ordered two pizzas, and after an hour, still nothing... in the meantime, other people arrived, and were served immediately! We asked the waiters about our pizzas, the only kind ones, and they apologized, saying the pizzas were being cooked... After another 15 minutes, tired, we left, and the lady at the cashier didn't even apologize when we told her we'd been ordering for an hour... and she told the kitchen to cancel our order, so our pizzas weren't even being cooked! Other people who arrived after us were served immediately, while we weren't! Shame!!!!! Move on, there are other restaurants right down the road that deserve better!

I especially want to highlight Pasquale's kindness and expertise, whose passion made our experience even more unique. An extraordinary experience, one I recommend to anyone who wants to experience more than just a dinner, but a truly magical moment. We'll definitely be back!

15/08/2025: The best part about having dinner here was going to the bar and walking the properties beforehand. The food was very good. The most beautiful property I have seen today and even walking to the restaurant felt like you’re walking old cities of Italy on their property that was completely private. We stumbled across a magic show for the kids on the way there this place was pure luxury and five stars. I would highly recommend.

15/08/2025: The owner is rude and doesn't know what to do. The customers don't even know the first thing about how to run a business and thus he drives customers away. Terrible experience.

14/08/2025: I went to help my uncle set up the karaoke equipment at this osteria, and I must say that the pizza they kindly offered us exceeded all expectations. The dough was light and fluffy, with a well-aired crust and just the right amount of crispiness, a clear sign of a long and meticulous leavening process. The mozzarella was fresh and flavorful, unlike the typical industrial products often found elsewhere, and the tomato sauce had an authentic and balanced flavor. The toppings were carefully measured, without overdoing it, just clean and well-balanced flavors. Eating that pizza was truly satisfying: balanced in flavor, without being heavy, perfect for those seeking uncompromising taste. The osteria offers an intimate and familiar atmosphere, with courteous and attentive staff who immediately make you feel at home, ideal for a pleasant and unpretentious evening. If you love quality pizza/meat, prepared with care and respect for tradition, this is the right place for you, I will definitely be back.

15/06/2025: Locale all'aperto con personale veloce e gentile. Si può godere della vista del mare a pochi metri dai tavoli. Sfiziose le bombette. Sono involtini di capocollo tra i 3 e i 5 cm. da mangiare in un sol boccone. Buonissime. Il pane viene servito caldo. Abbiamo preso anche del carpaccio veramente ottimo.

08/05/2025: Direi che essendo praticamente l’unico a fare la carne arrostita a Savelletri, detiene un primate più per esclusività che per merito. Detto questo carne buonissima, “gnumaredd” eccezionali e bombette squisite. Nonostante Maggio la ressa della gente di domenica sera era davvero tanta, ma hanno fatto di tutto per rispettare i tempi dell’asporto concordato, tardando solo di un quarto d’ora. Conto nella media per il posto

25/05/2025: Time passes but not the quality. I confirm that it is always PLEASANT for my palate to come and taste the Pizzas here, light to digest and WELL seasoned with quality products. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
