24/11/2025: We had one of the most enjoyable evenings out with friends. Impromptu decision to stop here and we were not disappointed! We'd been a couple of times during the summer and the pizza's were fabulous but last night we tested the indoor dining and more wintery menu! Food was absolutely delicious and the service couldn't have been more accommodating! Highly recommend a visit, we'll definitely be back again!

27/07/2026: Dinner with friends, the food was okay, but not up to the standards of a grill restaurant (and the prices!)—for example, the bland bombette and all the dishes were soaked in oil, not to mention the fact that half the dishes on the menu were unavailable. The house wine was terrible. But the real sore point was the service, from start to finish: never again. From the moment we ordered, the waiter began mocking us and treating us arrogantly, taking on a confidence no one had ever given him. Furthermore, he was extremely inefficient in ordering, a time-waster. He decides when to bring out the dishes he wants and in the portions he wants. Endless waits. When each dish was delivered, he made unpleasant and uncalled-for jokes. Two of us each ordered a portion of pasta with turnip tops, and two others each ordered a portion of orecchiette with ragu. The waiter kindly decided to bring us a "big plate," saying he'd combined the portions and made them generous so everyone could sample. Unfortunately, 1) this ploy significantly reduced the portions, as the big plate contained a generous portion of each type of pasta (compared to the two we ordered and the "big two" promised by the waiter); 2) when I order a first course at a restaurant, I'd prefer to have my own plate to eat from and not be given a shared one, especially without being notified. We asked for a plate of potatoes as a side, and the waiter decided (a suggestion that felt more like an obligation) to bring us two plates of potatoes and two plates of grilled vegetables. We then ordered a rib-eye steak (which was listed at €65/kg on the menu), specifying that we wanted it 1 kg. The rib-eye steak arrived, decent but very fatty, and remarkably generous. We asked if it really was 1 kg or if it was actually larger, but were reassured that it was 1 kg. When it came time to pay, however, we were charged, on a handwritten bill with illegible handwriting, €90 for a rib-eye steak because it weighed 1.5 kg. We complained, pointing out that we only asked for 1 kg, and the waiter started showing me cuts of meat to justify how he cut our rib-eye steak. I pointed out that I'd agree to pay for the extra 0.5 kg, but definitely not for a 50% markup, and the waiter treated me like an idiot who didn't even know math. When I insisted, the owner said, "Okay, if you insist, then I'll pay for that extra 0.5 kg." (I'd like to know exactly what he's paying for???) Don't come here unless you want to be treated like idiots and eat meat you can easily find anywhere else. PS: The bathroom is in the kitchen... scandalous.

17/08/2026: Dear Italian food lovers, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant. I finally managed to find a pizzeria in the area, but it seems like this place is just a tourist trap. I ordered a regular Pizza 4 Stagioni and a small arugula/tomato salad on the side. So far, so good...and a house wine that was excellent...yes, because it was from the bottle! Well...the pizza tasted absolutely bland...and...the most important thing was missing...with a normal amount of toppings, there wasn't even a hint of tomato sauce on the pizza. So, dear people...do you really want to rip off your customers, who are, after all, your money, like this? And when the bill arrived, the kicker of this visit was that they also charged me for a regular large salad. This was corrected after I asked about it. And... the young, very snotty part-time waitress completely ignored my question about why the pizza was without tomato sauce and turned her back on me without a word and disappeared around the corner. La Rosa dei Venti... you can ignore it, it's not a treat... on vacation... have dinner here. Better to drive 50km away to get a proper pizza. Zero points. Tourist-only post. 👎👎👎👎👎

25/07/2026: For several years now, this restaurant has remained a reliable choice: the dishes are varied and very good, whether it's pizzas or more traditional Apulian fare. The servers are very professional. And the prices are quite reasonable. In short, it's a perfect restaurant offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Cisternino!

29/08/2025: Very nice pub in the heart of Mesagne's historic center. A very positive experience; we stumbled upon this pub by chance. We were a large group of people, and despite the wait, they brought all our orders at the same time. Excellent sandwiches and pizzas. We'll definitely be back.

23/08/2025: The pub in Mesagne is a real gem. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food and the home-brewed beer (which is worth every penny) are fantastic. The regular staff and the owner are incredibly friendly, and you feel like you're visiting friends every time. The view from the terrace is so beautiful that even birds fly over twice just to catch a glimpse. 😄☺️ It's become a ritual for us and an absolute must for anyone visiting Mesagne! See you soon! 🤩

05/06/2026: A warm welcome, a polite and patient waitress, and delicious food. I really like the interior, but I would put a little more care into the exterior, but we'll have to look into permits and options. I would, however, furnish it more carefully. Well done, guys, keep it up.

03/06/2026: I'm sorry but I have to give a bad review, good food, nice place, I often order takeout, but this time it was a big disappointment, if I order a chicken burger I want a chicken burger not a sandwich with chicken strips scattered here and there in the bun with a thousand slices of cherry tomatoes and a little sauce. If there are changes, it must be written on the menu to avoid unpleasant surprises like these. It's not the first time there have been setbacks but this one was too much.

01/05/2026: The pizza is very good, and we go there often. Last time, however, I was hit with a price shock, having paid 10 euros for bresaola, parmesan, and white arugula (so not an add-on, but a reduction)!!! That's practically the price of a gourmet pizza. Honestly, I was shocked, but I have no complaints about the pizza. In my opinion, you shouldn't charge for reductions, but rather for additions. 10 euros for a pizza in Francavilla is a lot, in my opinion. We're not in Milan, and besides, they're also local. Take this advice because otherwise, you risk people going elsewhere. Obviously, each place does what it wants.

Table service is decent, and the food quality is overall good, but the quantities are limited. The paccheri with seafood were a no-no. We paid around €40 per person for an appetizer, first course, and fruit (the latter was not requested but consumed because it was automatically brought to the table), all small portions... I don't think I can recommend it except in extreme cases.

04/07/2026: I've been on vacation in Selva di Fasano for a week. I've tried to order takeout pizzas several times. One night, 10, another night, 5, and this evening I tried again for the umpteenth time with three pizzas. Each time, I'm told they can't make them because "service is being blocked." Please indicate in the restaurant's notes that you don't offer takeout so no one wastes time contacting you.
