20/08/2025: The Grange Restaurant in Torre Santa Susanna is highly recommended. The food is delicious and exudes the authentic flavors of Puglia. For me, it's extra special because it's located in my mother's birth village. It feels like time has stood still here, which gives the village so much charm and warmth – and you'll find that same feeling in the restaurant and pizzeria. Tip: on weekends they only serve pizza, but they're absolutely worth it!

06/09/2025: We were very disappointed with our visit. We had to wait almost two hours for our food, while other customers who arrived after us had already been served. Even the children's dishes didn't arrive early, which was very difficult for them. We repeatedly reported the situation to the staff, but instead of showing sympathy, we were told we had ordered "too many different dishes." In reality, most of us had ordered pizza; only a few had chosen something else, so this cannot be an excuse. The wait was unacceptable, the service rude, and we almost left. This restaurant is absolutely not recommended for a family dinner. We definitely won't be returning.

31/08/2025: We had dinner with family and friends. The place was welcoming, well-organized, and with excellent attention to detail. Even though we arrived late, they still left a table available. The menu features both meat and fish, with a limited selection but truly delicious. We chose the house mixed antipasto of about eight courses, which were truly excellent, and a sampling of two first courses: paccheri with yellow tomatoes, red shrimp, and stracciatella, and paccheri with lobster and sweet and sour cream to finish. Excellent value for money. I recommend everyone to try it.

24/09/2025: Wonderful family-run restaurant, open only during the season. Fantastic food at very reasonable prices – I especially recommend the Puglian specialties such as the peppered mussels! Friendly, multilingual service and a truly delightful setting. Highly recommended.

05/10/2025: The best bombette in the entire Itria Valley! I've been coming to them for 20 years, and in all these years, the quality of their dishes has never diminished, despite their customer base having increased tenfold. This is a testament to their great honesty and professionalism. The entire family collaborates and contributes to the "cause," upholding the high values ​​that have always distinguished Roberto's work. All the meat is purchased from local suppliers, with the relevant labels displayed in the butcher shop. They never try the "wow" factor with their dishes (which are always the same) because they only do what guarantees the customer the best experience and quality. You should try everything they offer, especially the bombette, the sausage, and the artisanal capocollo (for my tastes)... A must-try if you come to the Itria Valley, but you must book if you decide to eat in (the self-service is very well organized)!

25/10/2025: Entering the historic center of this beautiful town in the Brindisi area, it was a pleasant surprise. The welcome was warm, the service was equally warm, and the dishes were tasty and made with quality ingredients. The risotto with capocollo and fennel was excellent. Most tourists head into the heart of the historic center in search of more traditional, but very crowded, restaurants. For a quieter experience, I recommend Taverna della Torre. I forgot to mention that coffee is free, and in these times when people split every penny, that's no small thing.
