15/09/2025: You decide to eat pizza on a late summer evening at a place described as well-known and renowned. Sitting down at the table, after a short wait for our order, even though the dining room wasn't full, the kind waitress comes to ask us what we'd chosen. The appetizers were fine, but things suddenly took a turn for the worse when, when choosing pizzas, we were informed that due to the restaurant closing for the end of the season the following day, it wasn't possible to choose two identical pizzas because the ingredients (such as anchovies in oil) for the toppings were missing, or fresh mozzarella wasn't available for another type of pizza, so someone had to choose something else. One pizza per type, in short. When it came to drinks, the same situation was repeated: beer was almost sold out, and the waitress told us we could only choose one of two brands. White wines were completely sold out, and rosés had only a couple of bottles left, which we had to check because other tables were also taking orders. The specialty pizzas, despite their far from moderate price, were of a quality and texture that truly reflected the feeling of tiredness that pervaded the restaurant at the end of the season, along with the embarrassment of the waitress forced to inform us of the shortages. Not satisfied, but thankfully, it was now the end of dinner. When we asked for two gin and tonics and then two more, we were told that the tonic was out and therefore it was impossible to order the second two. Now, I might have been reasonable if what was no longer on the shopping list had been perishable in the very short term, but we're talking about canned goods and drinks, which notoriously don't expire within three or four days. I don't think it's professional to accommodate a group of people if you can't accommodate their most basic requests, nor even get to the end of the season completely empty. They could have chosen to close early and not have to dictate the menu to their guests by taking inventory of the available items.

01/09/2025: Excellent location and excellent pizza! Both classic and multi-grain. A very cool spot, even in summer evenings, with a picturesque landscape. A truly delightful surprise in the Fasano forest. Also frequented by many foreign tourists.

23/08/2025: The culinary art is broad and complex to be able to do an excellent job and black half succeeds very well... good appetizers, good house wine and good meat what can I say I only ask to maintain the standards like this and also the prices never change guys

25/10/2025: A friendly welcome for our family of 10 at 7 p.m. The room isn't exactly spectacular in terms of decor, but it's worth checking out during the day with the outside light. The pizzas are indeed excellent, nothing to complain about, very varied, and white too. It's quite filling. The service is fast, nothing to complain about either. Reasonable prices for pizzas and dishes, very, very good value for money. Covers are always extra, and the drinks are affordable.

24/08/2025: Well-stocked fishmonger with excellent quality products. Outdoor tables with the option to dine (no table service). Delicious fried food and some specialties. (Wonderful panzerotti on Fridays.) Friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: We bought some fried seafood 10 days ago. The calamari were truly inedible because they were practically rubbery! The product was 100% frozen and of Indo-Pacific origin. Truly horrible, and at €16 per kg. The single-serving trays of potatoes, rice, and mussels were delicious and flavorful, although I suggest the chef slice the potatoes thinner. Rating 5.5.

28/09/2025: A wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to every need. The food was fresh and top-quality. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend trying the scrocchierella. I can't describe it enough; try it and believe it.

07/08/2025: Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, but the food was truly subpar. I ordered cold tomato and raw scampi soup, which was a gazpacho with just cucumber and one scampi (which was also hard to find). Then there were packets of fish of the day—perhaps the Findus fish fingers were the fish of the day!

30/09/2025: My favorite place since I was a child (and I'm 56 years old), a splendid and unique place, to visit possibly not in the month of August, Bar and restaurant open all year round with typical local cuisine dishes and pizza also for lunch. Kind and helpful staff. I always return.

17/09/2025: A stunning location on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, a seafront restaurant serving delicious local dishes, very good pizza, and the option to order raw fish in advance. We had excellent Taranto mussels, delicious eggplant parmigiana, unique pasta dishes with pistachios, prawns, and even yellow cherry tomatoes, fresh fish—all delicious. Antonio, the owner, was very kind and guided us through the village, which is private, so you need to get permission to enter. Congratulations! And thank you!
