20/07/2026: A delightful discovery near the marina. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
If you love seafood, this is the place to be: fresh, traditional dishes, expertly prepared. A tip: the delicious mussels au gratin must be ordered in advance because they are in high demand. Rice, potatoes, and mussels, another signature dish of the local cuisine, should also be ordered the day before. We did, and it was a perfect choice: simply delicious!
The octopus sandwich is also a must-try: truly excellent! Excellent value. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent seafood in a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

12/08/2026: Hands down, the best Tette della Monaca in all of Brindisi. Amazing: the sponge cake is soft, light, and springy; the cream is insanely rich, dense, and not too sweet. I absolutely love them!
I've tried other pastries, and they're delicious, too! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always put you in a good mood first thing in the morning! One of my favorite places in Brindisi! 🫶🏻

19/07/2026: A bar located in a quiet area with convenient parking, an outdoor seating area, and indoor snacks. Enjoyable background music. However, the service staff, working with the counter staff, sometimes create confusion when ordering, which in our case resulted in extended service times due to a change in order due to a lack of edible items listed on the menu. Prices are average for the season. A great place for an unpretentious evening, even though it was a staple of Ostuni's nightlife in the 1980s.
29/06/2026: When you have a good iced coffee and discover that the owner is your fellow countryman (relative of Nino Salzizz) the rating is very high!!

We had the vegetarian tasting menu for two and were really impressed by the creativity and freshness of the dishes. Everything felt seasonal, refined, and authentically Puglian. Service was warm and attentive, and the whole evening felt very special. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Ostuni area.

07/08/2026: A small beach club nestled between houses that provide shade at certain times of the day.
Despite this, the bar staff is always available, with special mention to the tireless and omnipresent Alessandro, who pleases everyone and never holds back.
In the evening, it transforms into a one-of-a-kind lounge bar.

31/01/2026: The wine we chose was good and lived up to expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by unclear and disorganized management.
We weren't given any explanations about the evening's format: no indication of quantities, courses, timing, or cost. The idea was to enjoy a good glass of wine, but instead we found ourselves with half an open bottle at the table, not knowing what to expect.
During the first hour, only a few tastings arrived (four small bruschettas, olives, and taralli), then nothing else for over an hour. When it came time to pay, we discovered that the main courses intended for our table were already prepared but were never served due to an organizational decision by the venue.
Paying €48 for two without actually having dined leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, and it's a shame because with more transparent communication and more attentive service, the fine wine would have been much better showcased.

The experience flows seamlessly, with each course presented like a work of art that respects the region’s heritage while pushing it forward.
A special mention must go to Pastry Chef Giuseppe, whose desserts are nothing less than masterpieces. His creations are light yet decadent, imaginative yet deeply comforting — the perfect finale to an already remarkable meal. Cielo at La Sommità is a jewel of Puglia, and without question, worthy of a Michelin star.

15/08/2026: While vacationing in Carovigno, I discovered this local restaurant. Friendly and welcoming owners and a wide variety of local meats. I was very satisfied on both evenings. I highly recommend it.

High quality and generous portions; you absolutely must try the bombette and tagliata! Lastly, the prices are very, very fair! Highly recommended, it'll be hard to go anywhere else for meat when we're here!
