30/09/2025: The property is new and well-maintained. We enjoyed a spacious, very clean, and welcoming room. An experience worth repeating.

30/09/2025: I stayed at this beautiful property for a weekend, including dinner, breakfast, and spa access. The atmosphere was well-kept and very clean, both in the common areas and the rooms. The outdoor pool was beautiful and clean. The spa was very nice, especially the indoor pool with hot water; the only drawback was the Turkish bath, where hot water dripped from the ceiling. Dinner was plentiful: good first courses but a bit over-seasoned, and for the main course, a roast with tomato jam... truly, truly delicious. The breakfast was good, with quality pastries and croissants in a variety of flavors. Definitely a positive experience.

05/09/2025: The place is spacious and clean. It's furnished in an original and modern style. The staff is welcoming and helpful. We ate some beautiful pastries, but we were a bit disappointed by the taste. We were hoping for excellent quality. We drank an excellent barrel-aged grappa. The quality/price ratio is good.

03/09/2025: The food was very good, except for the panini. Although the toppings were tasty, the bun was incredibly hard. However, everything else was delicious, and if we were craving seafood, we would definitely go back.

31/07/2025: NON CI VENITE, eravamo in 2, Erano le 21 eravamo appena arrivati, abbiamo aspettato per sederci, una volta seduti abbiamo aspettato più di 30 minuti prima di ordinare perché erano solo due a servire ed era pieno di persone , poi sono arrivati e avevamo visto dal tavolo affianco un piatto grande di frittura, abbiamo ordinato quella gran misto di 20 euro pensando che era quella, e ci arriva un piattino misero con un tre tipi di paranza, un pezzo a specie, e un po’ di calamari e gamberi, poi abbiamo preso due calici di vino che sembravano mischiati con l’acqua e una pepata di cozze di 8 euro e per dire che ci siamo mangiati 5/6 cozze piccoline tra cui una vuota a testa ed eravamo in due in più era super salata, dal paninaro una porzione base che era una vaschetta grande dove il pesce usciva di fuori, veniva 9 euro, siete vergognosi non verremo mai più e diremo a gli altri di non venire

05/10/2025: The best bombette in the entire Itria Valley! I've been coming to them for 20 years, and in all these years, the quality of their dishes has never diminished, despite their customer base having increased tenfold. This is a testament to their great honesty and professionalism. The entire family collaborates and contributes to the "cause," upholding the high values ​​that have always distinguished Roberto's work. All the meat is purchased from local suppliers, with the relevant labels displayed in the butcher shop. They never try the "wow" factor with their dishes (which are always the same) because they only do what guarantees the customer the best experience and quality. You should try everything they offer, especially the bombette, the sausage, and the artisanal capocollo (for my tastes)... A must-try if you come to the Itria Valley, but you must book if you decide to eat in (the self-service is very well organized)!

06/05/2025: I was staying in Laureto with friends in the villa and we decided to have a roast meat dinner. But no one wanted to commit to the barbecue, so we decided to order sausage, bombette and chicken wings, all roasted from this butcher-brace shop. Everything OK; from punctuality in delivery, to the quality of the meat. To collect the roast three minutes by car.

12/07/2025: Excellent experience. Ocean view. Good food, well-cooked, tasty, and plentiful. Excellent seafood and fish dishes.

07/07/2025: A beautiful place to have dinner right by the ocean 💗 celebrated our birthday there. Food was great and there was a really great dessert menu as well with lactose free options! Would definitely recommend and go back.

26/06/2025: Este es un pintoresco restaurante de gestión familiar en Ostuni en una cueva acogedora y única, como un entorno. El propietario y su esposa eran muy amables y nos hicieron muy buenas recomendaciones de comida y vino. La comida era sabrosa, y no nos sentimos apresurados en absoluto durante la cena. El propietario pasaría por aquí y charlaría con nosotros durante toda la noche. Experiencia muy divertida!

14/06/2025: El entorno es perfecto para la "ciudad blanca", Ostuni. Estás sentado y comiendo en una cueva. Tanto los propietarios de la esposa y el marido son amables y hacen excelentes sugerencias. Tuvimos el mejor vino recomendado por el propietario. Llevan el pescado a la mesa para que usted elija su comida. Perfección absoluta.

03/09/2025: Sep 3rd, 2025 - The signs at their door say open 12-15, closed on Tuesday. A bit disappointing to find it closed at 13.26 on a Wednesday, for no specific reasons... a note on their door would have been enough

31/08/2025: A small, long-established restaurant on the edge of the bustling city center. High quality, unique dishes. Authentic atmosphere, everything prepared and served with care and attention. Outside, you have a beautiful view, especially atmospheric in the evenings. We always enjoy coming here.

30/07/2025: Piacevolissima sorpresa trovare questo locale in un posto molto panoramico ed un’atmosfera che più napoletana non si può! Dalla calorosa accoglienza tipicamente partenopea al cibo molto buono (il Cuoppo di terra e il Capocollo di Martina e burrata) alla pizza “autenticamente” napoletana. Bravi.
