12/04/2025: We arrive... and order normally... Order goes completely slowly... at 11.10pm one of the missing courses arrives... (ordered an hour before...) I ask if anything should still arrive given my hunger... the waiter's answer: "no" (despite the fact that there were still some courses missing)... then I ask to be able to order something else... his answer was that it's too late... first of all I think that at least he asks if he wants to place a last order before the kitchen closes, but regardless of this at least bring us all the courses of the FIRST AND ONLY order... oh well I'll have to go out hungry...

02/04/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, service to improve, you have to be careful because sometimes they forget some dishes included in the all you can eat. Good and fresh food.

03/01/2025: Excellent structure, a small niche located in the historic center of Cisternino, only for true connoisseurs and true expert researchers. Small shop, as if it were a small butcher's shop, offering a take-away or self-service service for meat and some small side dishes. The place has a small entrance with the meat counter to choose from, and then a separate room with three tables where you can taste the dishes you ordered. I must say that in my opinion there should be a slightly wider choice regarding the type of bowlers, but let's say that they also have rolls and sausage. The choice is possible to have the meat on the plate or with the sandwich and the baked potatoes in foil are delicious. Very kind staff, really very affectionate and caring lady, always smiling. Remember to clean the tables once you leave! Definitely coming back.

14/04/2025: Sin duda la experiencia gastronómica más divertida que tuvimos en nuestro viaje de doce días a Italia. La pasión y la alegría eran evidentes en cada bocado compartido por el dúo dinámico madre e hijo. Nos sirvieron tantos platos deliciosos que perdimos la cuenta! Todo fue pagado con un vino local encantador. Todo era excepcional, fresco y claramente cocinado con amor. La pasta casera era tan bueno! Las combinaciones de comida eran tan interesantes y auténticas para la región - y oh que el pan y la carne de res estofada en vino - - que soñamos con ella esa noche. Finalmente, se ofreció un poco de cerveza casera "del diablo" como licor ignífugo para terminar una comida perfecta. Gracias mamá por una comida maravillosa. Sentíamos como si estuviéramos cenando en tu casa.

11/12/2024: Sin duda la experiencia de la cena más memorable de mi viaje de 2 semanas a Italia y por mucho el mejor en la región de Apulia. Cenar en el Silve es como un gran abrazo de la familia con todo el amor que conlleva. La comida era excepcional y el ambiente es inmejorable. Todos hablan entre sí y mamá sale para asegurarse de que usted está disfrutando de su deliciosa comida. Pero el canto y la amabilidad es algo que nunca olvidaré. Gracias el Silve por una experiencia que nunca olvidaré!

13/04/2025: Locale molto bello, personale ancora un po disorientato, prezzi lievitati. Diciamo che il passaggio alla nuova location non ha mostrato un reale miglioramento. Menù rinnovato ma i piatti precedenti avevano più gusto e definizione. Ci tornerò per capire se chi ha lasciato la strada vecchia per la nuova ha capito la direzione da prendere
