31/01/2026: The wine we chose was good and lived up to expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by unclear and disorganized management. We weren't given any explanations about the evening's format: no indication of quantities, courses, timing, or cost. The idea was to enjoy a good glass of wine, but instead we found ourselves with half an open bottle at the table, not knowing what to expect. During the first hour, only a few tastings arrived (four small bruschettas, olives, and taralli), then nothing else for over an hour. When it came time to pay, we discovered that the main courses intended for our table were already prepared but were never served due to an organizational decision by the venue. Paying €48 for two without actually having dined leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, and it's a shame because with more transparent communication and more attentive service, the fine wine would have been much better showcased.

11/06/2026: A new restaurant, long-established by the brilliant Cosimino, who, with his family and excellent staff, warmly welcomes all guests, uses quality products, and presents a very well-kept location!

11/06/2026: Pizza Express. Family-run restaurant/pizzeria. Piero, his mom, and dad made us feel at home and enjoyed the typical flavors of Puglia, both gluten-free and gluten-free! We discovered this place at the end of our vacation and are sad we couldn't try their other specialties. We'll definitely be back. The family of little CHRI, who has celiac disease.

18/11/2025: Given the excellent reviews, we decided to dine at the grill. The meat counter isn't visible, unlike most grill restaurants in Puglia, so we had to order blind. I don't think the meat they serve is even close to that of the excellent grill restaurants in the Itria Valley. We definitely won't be returning; I absolutely can't recommend it!

02/11/2025: Brought there by two local friends, we were able to see that they truly loved us. A very quaint yet welcoming place, the staff were extremely kind and approachable, the owner always present and ready to satisfy every customer's need, and the food was top-notch, prepared according to ancient local culinary traditions. We were absolutely satisfied in every way, and we hope to return soon.

19/03/2026: Quality fish (freshness, preparation, and flavor), excellent service, and excellent value. The owner is the brother of the same family (friendly, welcoming), the hostess is an excellent "mother in the kitchen," and her daughter is extremely helpful and kind. A family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere! I hope I can always find a seat when I need it.
