26/10/2024: Excellent restaurant dans le centre de Ostuni. Le patron est d’une extrême gentillesse et répond à toutes vos questions. Il explique avec joie l’histoire des lieux et est de très bons conseils pour le vin. La cuisine est typique et locale. Nous y avons très bien mangé. De plus le cadre est exceptionnel et magnifique. Les prix ne sont pas du tout prohibitifs et correspondent à la qualité et la qualité des produits et du service

09/10/2024: Ohne Empfehlung unseres B&Bs hätten wir dieses von aussen unscheinbare, aber wundervolle Restaurant wohl kaum gefunden. Alle Speisen werden absolut frisch zubereitet, die Bedienung ist höflich und sehr zuvorkommend, alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Abend in schönstem Ambiente.

09/11/2024: It's not the first time I've been there and it didn't disappoint! They have renovated the furniture and I must say that it is truly impressive! Traditional Chinese cuisine with typical, good quality dishes. The strong point of this restaurant besides the food is the price and the ease of finding parking (which should not be underestimated). I'll be back!

THE ONLY FLAW: VERY LONG WAITING TIMES BECAUSE TAKEAWAY IS PRIVILEGED, in fact when we arrived at 9.00pm after an hour we only had the breaded bowlers The sausage is missing which should cook faster than the bombette and the wings which certainly cook slower While waiting, however, a much larger number of people were served takeaways than us who were sitting at the table. ADVICE FOR THE OWNERSHIP Usually, preference is given to those sitting at the table as they consume other things in addition to meat (drinks, side dishes, appetizers, etc.)

30/10/2024: Piatti abbastanza buoni e ben presentati ma le porzioni erano piuttosto ridotte. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più! Il sorbetto al limone da noi richiesto a maggioranza, pur presente nel menù non era disponibile sostituito da mousse industriali che non ci hanno soddisfatto!

09/09/2024: Let's put the food aside for a moment. I ordered a slice of beef, baked potatoes and traditional bombette. The quality of the ingredients seemed good, although I found the cut difficult to chew and swallow due to the fat which made the experience rather tiring (probably an unlucky evening). On the positive side, the cooking was perfect, the portions generous and the price in line with other similar grill restaurants. Let's move on to the service, which deserves separate reflection. Self-service is acceptable: you queue, order, take your tray, drinks, number and take a seat. The festival-style benches and the possibility of sitting next to strangers can even be fun. Even the constant calling of numbers into the microphone, which forces you to get up several times to collect the dishes, can be tolerated, even if it seems more like a bingo hall than a grill. However, there are two aspects that are wrong. The first is the use of plastic cutlery to eat meat. Let's put the ecological issue aside, but cutting any steak, especially a sinewy cut, with a plastic knife is almost impossible. After breaking the knife and sweating quite a bit, I had to request a normal knife, which was kindly provided to me. However, traditional steel cutlery should be provided right away. The second aspect concerns waste management: the customer is forced to clear the table and dispose of leftovers and disposable tableware, touching and opening as many as four rubbish bins! This is unacceptable. It is unhygienic to have to handle the bins without gloves, dealing with the bad smell of accumulated leftovers. This aspect should absolutely be reviewed. Let's take McDonald's. There too the customer must clear the table and dispose of the leftovers. But the big difference is that, when I have to throw everything away, I do it in special traps, without having to touch anything! Despite everything, I give three stars, because if these two points were resolved, combined with the kindness of the staff and the speed of the service, the overall experience would improve considerably.

Well we can only confirm! We went back two days in a row. The gastronomic and hospitality culture of our land finds true representation in the family that runs the restaurant. And all at very honest prices.

Let me start by saying that we didn't consume anything particularly special or extraordinary, yet the bill reached a good €80. We understand the value of catering and the quality of service, but figures like this are becoming a difficult reality for many families to sustain. In the long term, it is inevitable that this will impact customer returns. We invite you to reflect on these aspects to ensure that today's customers can also remain tomorrow's customers.

17/11/2024: Large rooms, tables set with very white cotton tablecloths and napkins. Everything in order and clean. I went to dinner last night. We ate very well and the final bill was fair. However, I must make a small observation, the service staff is asynchronous and the dishes arrive on the table at different times, not creating the right harmony for their consumption.

31/10/2024: Desde que visitamos a finales de octubre el menú informal se redujo sustancialmente y nos pareció que los precios de los restaurantes sentados un poco mucho para el almuerzo. En su lugar pedimos helado con uno de nosotros probándolo en un bollo brioche por primera vez. Fue realmente delicioso. El personal era amable y el restaurante está bien situado a lo largo del mar con bonitas vistas.

27/09/2024: Pesce ottimo, crudo freschissimo le cameriere cortesi e carine. Le 2 stelle sono per i proprietari.... al momento del conto io e mia moglie ci siamo accorti che avevano sbagliato a nostro favore, avevano conteggiato un piatto sbagliato facendo pagare 18 € anziché 60 €. L'abbiamo fatto notare e sicuramente non ci aspettavamo nulla se non un grazie al tavolo. Nulla... non si è presentato nessuno al tavolo, uscendo nell'indifferenza più assoluta. Non volevamo né uno sconto né altro, ma un semplice grazie per far sentire il cliente appagato dal gesto.
