Borgo S. Giovanni In Francavilla fontana

The pizza is very good, and we go there often. Last time, however, I was hit with a price shock, having paid 10 euros for bresaola, parmesan, and white arugula (so not an add-on, but a reduction)!!! That's practically the price of a gourmet pizza. Honestly, I was shocked, but I have no complaints about the pizza. In my opinion, you shouldn't charge for reductions, but rather for additions. 10 euros for a pizza in Francavilla is a lot, in my opinion. We're not in Milan, and besides, they're also local. Take this advice because otherwise, you risk people going elsewhere. Obviously, each place does what it wants.
