22/10/2025: Wonderful time at Osteria Ricanatti. Everything was perfect, far from the touristy restaurants in the city center. All the dishes are full of flavor, we discover new textures, new tastes. I recommend it for a romantic restaurant without children 😉

11/11/2025: The outside atmosphere is very spartan. The appetizers are mediocre (one meatball each for four people), and the rest of the dishes are equally so. More than a few were left unserved. The bill was steep, and the service was terrible and unprofessional.

16/09/2025: Excellent baker, with typical local products. It's a shame it's not always open (after mid-September I found it closed on both Mondays and Tuesdays. I'll try again in the following days. I found it open on Sundays.

16/10/2025: We had a delicious pasta with mushrooms in truffle sauce as a starter. And for the main course, we had delicious pizzas. The service was fantastic. The waiter helped us kindly and with a smile. Highly recommended for Carovigno.

26/06/2025: Este es un pintoresco restaurante de gestión familiar en Ostuni en una cueva acogedora y única, como un entorno. El propietario y su esposa eran muy amables y nos hicieron muy buenas recomendaciones de comida y vino. La comida era sabrosa, y no nos sentimos apresurados en absoluto durante la cena. El propietario pasaría por aquí y charlaría con nosotros durante toda la noche. Experiencia muy divertida!

14/06/2025: El entorno es perfecto para la "ciudad blanca", Ostuni. Estás sentado y comiendo en una cueva. Tanto los propietarios de la esposa y el marido son amables y hacen excelentes sugerencias. Tuvimos el mejor vino recomendado por el propietario. Llevan el pescado a la mesa para que usted elija su comida. Perfección absoluta.

18/11/2025: I'll start by saying I was a customer and used to go there often, but after the scene the last time, I'll never set foot there again. Now they wanted to charge for a children's menu, which my 4-year-old obviously doesn't eat anything there. The worst thing is that if he touched or tasted even a small piece of a dish I ordered, he'd have to pay. Are you kidding me since a 4-year-old ate Japanese food? Shame on you, but we used to come here often.

04/11/2025: ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! The dishes were dirty, not to mention the bathrooms, and the service was truly UNACCEPTABLE. One waitress in particular was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will never return and I strongly advise anyone not to go there.

28/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An authentic taste experience – excellence even away from home On a short trip outside our hometown, we had the pleasure of discovering this pizzeria/rotisserie, and were truly impressed. Everything speaks of passion: from the warm welcome to the cleanliness of the premises, from the quality of the ingredients to the care with which each dish is prepared and served. The fragrant pizzas, the light and flavorful fried foods, the genuine simplicity of the flavors speak of a cuisine that doesn't need special effects to be remembered. It's rare to find places like this, where you can sense true dedication to the customer, attention to detail, and a perfect balance between informality and professionalism. While we can't recommend it directly to our guests because it's outside our area, we feel we must share and promote it. As tourism professionals and managers of Suite Laurel in Fasano, we know how much quality and authentic hospitality make a difference. And here, we can say with conviction: we truly felt like "guests," not just customers.

04/12/2025: Central location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and always available staff. Excellent breakfast and well-kept spaces make for a pleasant and relaxing stay. An ideal base for both business and leisure.

16/11/2025: I was here for just a few hours for a conference. Our meeting space was clean and bright and the staff very welcoming and helpful. I'd happily come here again. Highly recommended.

13/11/2025: For my partner and I, it's a must-try, and we couldn't ask for anything better because we always get a guaranteed experience here. As regulars, we can say the quality is excellent, and you can tell they know what they're doing, starting with the stunning location right on the sea. The raw ham is marvelous, its absolute freshness evident in the aroma as soon as it arrives at the table, making us want to eat it in abundance. ​But we have to be honest and admit that the real reason we always come back is the pasta dishes. For us, they're truly the best in the world, cooked to perfection and with generous portions that are filling and delicious, with that true seafood flavor that has sadly been lost elsewhere. Even when the place is packed, service is quick and the waiters are alert. Michele is the soul of this place, always kind and helpful, making us feel at home and not just like numbers.

09/11/2025: I recommend Michele for his excellent first courses, always tasty and plentiful. He always manages to please every customer if he can. The appetizers and main courses are also very good, but you obviously have to choose wisely. The place is very welcoming and family-friendly, especially the part overlooking the sea. Service is attentive and fairly fast. Michele is a delightful and friendly person. I recommend him if you want to spend an evening by the sea.

10/06/2025: Locale perfetto per gli amanti del crudo di qualità; per gli altri poca scelta. Le indicazioni della gestione sono chiare: solo crudo e qualcosa di scottato, quindi si sa cosa aspettarsi.... Ottime ostriche e crostacei come del resto i vari carpacci. Molto buono il salmone scottato ed il salmone affumicato da gustare con "foglie" di pane abbrustolito e burro.. Prezzi alti ma rapportati al prodotto.

05/06/2025: We hebben heerlijk geluncht op een prachtige plek! Het eten was top. Fine Dining voor een vriendelijke prijs. De service was goed, het eten heerlijk en de lokatie prachtig. Ze gebruiken kruiden uit eigen tuin.

30/07/2025: Piacevolissima sorpresa trovare questo locale in un posto molto panoramico ed un’atmosfera che più napoletana non si può! Dalla calorosa accoglienza tipicamente partenopea al cibo molto buono (il Cuoppo di terra e il Capocollo di Martina e burrata) alla pizza “autenticamente” napoletana. Bravi.
