Excellent food... very high quality meat and perfect cooking. The environment is comfortable and the service truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. I traveled 60 km just to go to dinner but I will very, very gladly return as soon as I can.

We loved the place, the food was so delicious and well prepared, service was quick and attentive and the concept is great.
You order the meat at the display fridge at the entrance and the sids at the table.
It was so good that we returned for a second time, the next day.

I have already come other times, but I repeatedly recommend returning because it remains an excellent barbecue place.. if you book it is better because it is always full... quick service... despite it being full and given today's Easter Monday. attentive and kind staff. I recommend the bombettes if you come here to Cisternino, but the sausage and potato side dish are no joke either...always on the old stove!💯

Good food, the meat was truly delicious. They do few things (besides grill), but good ones. We were amazed by the beauty of the chocolate salami, delicious and with an incredible presentation, like real dried salami. As far as I'm concerned, the opinion is positive, perhaps the prices are a little higher than before, but overall everything is ok! 👌🏻 Thank you!

Small place in the pedestrian area.. on one side the butcher's counter with some place settings, on the other side of the street a couple of rooms.. The meat is very good, from steaks to typical preparations.. Mixed grill at €24/kg: there this... small room, poorly lit and a little bare perhaps... it has little personality...
Fast and friendly staff.. The only flaw: the door to the room.. people come in and leave it open.. and when it's winter and it rains it's not pleasant at all.. It would be enough to put a spring.
On weekends it's better to book... Anyway, highly recommended!!! ❤️

I went to this butcher's restaurant with friends and their daughters, during a day spent in Cisternino. The booking was fairly smooth and handled in a friendly manner. The restaurant is located in the historic center and you need to park near Via Martina Franca where there is a paid car park very close by. As soon as we entered the restaurant we sat down, and we guys went to the butcher's shop located opposite the restaurant. Many delicacies were captured by our eyes. Lamb, bombette of all types, steak and so on.........The tomato pasta with meat sauce ordered for the girls is also good. We were served quickly and everything was to our liking. Normal prices. Recommended place.
The meat was good. But a little messed up. The thing I didn't like was that they brought the ready-made dishes outside and then took them to the front room where they cooked dishes uncovered.

Si vous aimez la bonne viande et un choix typiquement local, cette Rosticceria est à recommander.
Vous faites votre choix au comptoir, on vous assigne une table et vous y commander vos contorni, La pomme de terre du four est incontournable.
