For meat lovers, especially those with a penchant for bombette, this is the perfect place. However, if you're looking for even more choice, I recommend booking elsewhere. The atmosphere is a bit spartan, but definitely pleasant. The service isn't the fastest, but it's worth the wait.

June 2nd, dinner with friends. I recommend booking. The place is quaint, with a traditional ceramic table setting. It's so crowded that it's hard to chat. I expected a better-stocked butcher's counter with more choices of "bombette." However, the meat and "bombette" were good, but the sausage was overcooked. The ash-fried potatoes were delicious. The grilled vegetables were good. The platter of quality cured meats was also good. Good value for money, around €30 per person.

Best meal in Puglia so far. Giuseppe kindly helped us choose the meat and the selection was fantastic. Delicious bombettes, sausege and an amazing entrecotte. Service very warm and helpful to find the right cooking of the meat. We will recommend it everyone and hope to be back soon

Typical gastronomy, rustic atmosphere, and prompt service. The Bombettes were very good, as were the mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. I wasn't so keen on the sausage and liver in the net.
