Typical gastronomy, rustic atmosphere, and prompt service. The Bombettes were very good, as were the mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. I wasn't so keen on the sausage and liver in the net.

Typical Cisternino butcher and grill shop. You choose your meat at the butcher's counter, sit down at a table, and while you wait, they bring you bread, taralli, and olives. The atmosphere is very rustic. The bombette are delicious; we tried the classic ones. The speck and scamorza, and the ones with porcini mushrooms. The diaphragm is also perfectly cooked, as are the sausages with mozzarella. The baked potato is perfect to accompany the meats. Excellent prices.
