29/07/2026: Much more than a pizzeria. I've tried many important pizzerias around Italy, and Alterego is definitely among the best I've ever had. The restaurant is well-kept, with a lovely outdoor space. The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu is refined, from appetizers to dessert, with high-quality ingredients and unique pizza combinations. The pizza dough is top-quality, incredibly tasty yet light; that's not something you'd expect. And finally, the owner, Davide, adds that extra touch. There's so much passion and research, and this comes through in every detail.

30/05/2026: A very welcoming and quaint establishment; from the first moment, the owner put us all at ease, even taking a few minutes to chat and laugh with us. Even though I wasn't in the best place for me (a vegetarian in a grill restaurant!), I didn't feel judged and, in fact, I really appreciated the effort he put into finding a solution that suited me, which obviously turned out to be excellent. The dishes are excellent quality, and it was a pleasant surprise to see the attention to detail, even with the appetizers. Even the bread, often discounted and underrated, was fresh and crispy. In any case, if the dishes were 5/5 stars, the owner's friendliness and warmth would have deserved at least another 10, because on Friday evening we not only ate well, but also had a wonderful evening thanks to him. 10/05/2026: A homey place, Gigi's friendliness is overwhelming. There's no menu, but everything he offered was delicious. Then, between one joke and another, we sat from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM, ate slowly, and ate everything. The spaghetti with clams was delicious.

15/07/2026: Terrace with an excellent location, next to the port and with views of the cathedral. Super delicious pizzas. They have more. You order inside and when your food is ready you go and pick it up.

14/07/2026: I went to Mania di Pizza with a group of friends and we had a great time! We chose the €7 menu, which was incredibly affordable and had generous portions. The pizza was delicious, the ingredients were tasty, and the service was fast despite there being a large group. If you're in Trani and want to eat well without spending a fortune, I definitely recommend this place!
