You can immediately sense the attention to quality: the freshest ingredients, carefully selected raw materials, and dishes that balance creativity and tradition. We had a seafood appetizer and a vegetarian first course, both exquisite and elegantly presented. The staff deserves a special mention: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely courteous. The young man who served us was attentive to every detail, recommending the perfect wine and explaining the dishes with passion. Rarely do you find such thoughtful service, present without ever being intrusive. A refined restaurant, a relaxing atmosphere, and a price appropriate for the quality. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for those looking for a restaurant that never fails to impress.

22/02/2026: We had a wonderful meal! 😍 A truly homey, simple, and authentic place, where you can experience the true traditions of Bari. Everything is freshly prepared with genuine, quality ingredients. The raw seafood was incredibly fresh and flavorful: you could taste the quality of the catch. The traditional Bari dishes were also spectacular, cooked as they once were, with authentic flavors and generous portions. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for authentic, no-frills, traditional Bari cuisine, this is the place. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

15/02/2026: I booked for 10:00 PM, specifying that I was coming from Bari to show off the place to friends. I asked them to be punctual, as I had to return to Bari (69km). We arrived on time, it was raining, and there were a lot of people... They rudely told us they "didn't know what time we could be seated." We waited 10 minutes and then returned to Bari. His response (instead of simply apologizing) was "The restaurateur is not a slave at your service. The restaurant is not part of your home. Be polite and respectful, and you will be treated like a prince in your own castle!" I'm speechless: an appointment is a written contract, I traveled 69.7 km to be treated like this... chubby and presumptuous

We came to Trani for a wedding (from Milan), and this particularly delightful restaurant was recommended by B&B Germinario. We understand why, and... I highly recommend it!

28/12/2025: An experience with ups and downs, the food was definitely excellent. Unfortunately, the set menu was served over several hours (as if it were a wedding) to sync with the other tables, with people arriving half an hour and an hour after us. They seated us at a table in an obscene position. Unfortunately, a large table of local barbarians, adults, arrived and behaved like kids on a school trip, loud and disrespectful of the other diners. The owner didn't even think to call them to order, but instead watched the game on a tablet. It's a shame; the food was good, but there were extremely long pauses, but with this wedding format, I wouldn't return. The waitress who looked after us was extremely friendly.

Special attention was paid to guests with food intolerances, which was greatly appreciated. Every detail was taken care of: from the presentation of the dishes to the quality of the ingredients, everything was designed to make guests feel pampered and satisfied. A special thanks to the staff: kind, attentive, always available with a smile, despite the restaurant being full. A place where good food combines with a sincere welcome. I will definitely be back!

14/01/2026: A small, welcoming restaurant with fast, attentive, and friendly service. The cuisine is typical of the Apulian hinterland, with top-quality ingredients and a wide variety of meats. The first courses are new daily specials: try the braised beef ravioli topped with pumpkin and walnut cream and smoked ricotta cheese: amazing. Recommended.

04/12/2025: Small restaurant on a street in the center of Minervino Murge. It doesn't have private parking, but there's street parking nearby. The only indoor dining area is small, with tables arranged fairly close together. The space is poorly heated; even though the two air conditioners were on, they weren't enough to adequately heat the room. The menu features traditional Apulian cuisine. There's a wide variety of meats, while the first courses are the daily specials, which are announced by the very friendly and efficient staff. The house antipasto is also delicious. Prices are very attractive, offering excellent value.
