19/02/2026: I call them "magic hands", and I firmly believe they really are because Stefano Conversano with his hands produces wonderfully good (as well as beautiful), special and excellent quality things. Only high-quality and first-choice flours and then the rest is done by his dedication, his passion, his creativity in his work. When you taste his products you can't help but fall in love with them... And then we're not talking about a simple bakery but in his shop, in addition to bread of various types and with special flours, you can also find a vast variety of delicious gastronomy and pastries. THE TOP... Number ONE ♥️♥️

15/04/2026: The location is close to both Lecce and the two villages of San Pietro and Monteroni, making it easy to find and reach. We found the rooms very clean and equipped with a small fridge, which is very useful in the summer. The complimentary toiletries are of a good standard, with everything guests might need. Breakfast is decent, but could be improved with a wider variety of pastries. The manager, Giusy, is very friendly and makes you feel at home. They are dog-friendly. We will definitely return.

23/12/2025: Very good food, but do NOT bring children. They are not welcome and we felt very stressed from the moment of walking in and the waiter’s disdain. I took my kids outside while we waited for the first course and he scorned me for the ‘food getting cold’ when we returned only minutes later. The waiter insisted he said it wasn’t a place for children on the phone, which was not clear for us. Great atmosphere and food for an adult only meal.

20/01/2026: Almost four months after our visit to Li Jalantuumene, I still feel the urge to write this review, because experiences like this deserve to be shared. The atmosphere of this little restaurant was simply incredible: a wonderful place in an intimate square, perfect for a special evening with my wife. The food? Nothing short of fantastic. We savored the flavors of the region, while Gegè passionately explained each dish and the details of their preparation. I still remember the pork cheek, the pork belly, the perfect orecchiette, and the appetizer with cold fava bean puree—truly unforgettable. The wine selection was also carefully chosen: an extraordinary bottle of Masseria Maime perfectly accompanied our dinner. A special thanks goes to Gegè for his recommendations on places to visit the next day: thanks to him, we discovered places we would never have found otherwise. This is the classic example of a place and people who make trips memorable. Despite the delay in the review, the memory of this experience remains vivid and special.

15/04/2026: A welcoming place, the owner is incredibly friendly, the cashier is always ready to offer advice, and the chef is fantastic—his talent shines through even in simple dishes. The pizzas with Parma ham are exquisite.

29/09/2025: A lovely, typical Vieste restaurant with an outdoor terrace....The cuisine is simple, but delicious. Compliments to all the staff for their politeness, kindness, and professionalism. We ate wonderfully. I recommend the mixed bruschetta; tomatoes, olive oil, and bread were fantastic. The orecchiette with turnips were mouth-watering. Excellent value for money. Thank you for everything.

02/04/2026: Ordering from this place is terrifying. To find out what the status of your order is, you have to hope for a miracle. They never answer! Delivery is scheduled for 9:40 PM. They answer at 11 PM! Two pizzas arrive, which I decide to send back, also because I had placed a second order at a much more reputable pizzeria that delivered 8 minutes after I ordered. They're not reputable and don't know how to take responsibility.

28/03/2026: Poor service! What's the point of having a home delivery service that you don't deliver? You take the money through Just Eat and disappear. You're unreachable. I had to wait a week for a refund. Never again.

05/01/2026: We booked a table for six. The atmosphere was very familiar and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered excellent pizzas and a mixed roast, which was equally delicious! I highly recommend "Saint Louis" to families, groups, or simply couples for a romantic dinner.
