26/05/2025: Nice place, good food but you can't wait two hours to eat even a few at a time... and not all the waiters listen to you since we asked several times for drinks and other things.

17/05/2025: Dinner on a Saturday night: good meat, average pizza. Unfortunately, the table was a meter from the toilet, with consequent comings and goings and the door often open. Behind us was the entrance door, also often open (it was still a bit chilly). Crazy noise pollution, impossible to exchange a few words except with the diner sitting next to you. Perhaps in the summer it could be a more liveable environment outside. Efficient staff.

01/06/2025: The meatballs were delicious, the pizza was topped just right. I'm really satisfied, there was enough space between the tables inside. We ate comfortably.

05/01/2025: This is the bar that I have frequented for many years in Bitonto; firstly because I like it very much, and secondly, because of the convenience of its products! These, despite being delicious, are very convenient! And, I think, that for these reasons of mine, this exercise is always very crowded; packed with people, at all hours, beyond belief! But, I repeat, it is the education and kindness of the people in charge of the service that mainly attracts me to this Bar! The cappuccino is truly a signature one: scented and fragrant like never before! And for years, it's always the same! Bar Vittoria is a refreshment point that I recommend to anyone who passes by: seeing is believing!

13/06/2025: Outstanding! Best restaurant in Pugliese! Top-notch service! The pizzas are fantastic, the spaghetti vongole is superb, and the orecchiette is an absolute feast for the palate. Everything here is made with 500% love. The coffee tastes just as it should, and the Pugliese Amaro is highly recommended. The chef is a great guy. We'll be back...👍🏼🤝👍🏼

28/05/2025: Visited the restaurant only, so cannot comment on the rooms. Bit of a mixed bag, if I’m honest. My pasta was quite tasty but my husband’s selection of fish was bad, swordfish and cuttlefish were very chewy and dry, quite overpriced for what was delivered if I’m honest, didn’t even include chips. Service was good, they gave us portions of pizza balls while we waited, which was nice.

14/06/2025: Truly a great discovery. Tonia is a welcoming hostess who immediately makes you feel at ease. We tried the mixed appetizer (really rich with a mix of vegetables, fried foods, cheese, muersi), orecchiette with turnips, mushrooms and burrata, mixed salad... All abundant and tasty. A typical location with attention to detail, with a large and bright garden outside. We will definitely be back and I recommend it! :)

03/06/2025: We stumbled into this restaurant by chance to escape the rain: we weren't disappointed. You'll enjoy a typically Italian experience, with local dishes prepared by the manager based on her inspirations of the day. We enjoyed delicious orecchiete, with a special mention for the broccoli one! We also enjoyed a beautiful sea view. You can go there with your eyes closed, and the welcome is very warm.

The location is simply fantastic, a true jewel nestled who knows where, that almost makes you forget why you are there. The food? Oh, the food! It is honest, it does its job with the diligence of a public employee on a Friday afternoon. Don't expect flights of fancy of flavor, but not emergency landings either. It's there, and you eat. But, my dear foodies, the real highlight, the rare pearl of this place, is the staff. Run by a mother and her daughters, this female team offers a show that would deserve a permanent place at the cabaret. You will find them all sporting sportswear that has seen more battles than a war veteran, and a courtesy that makes you regret the brusque ways of a station master at rush hour. The funny thing is that, in their magnificent unconsciousness, they think that no one understands them. And there, between a plate of orecchiette and a glass of wine, they will give you pearls of popular wisdom such as: "Bring them a beer", pronounced with the grace of a grizzly bear and the subtlety of an elephant in a china shop. Each sentence, a little essay on human psychology and customer management. In short, if you are tired of the usual forced smiles and the whispered "is everything okay?", this is the place for you. 14/06/2025: The location is a dream, the service super friendly. We really enjoyed the appetizer selection. The pizza was also very tasty. The wine was good, and the price was really reasonable. One star deducted because we didn't like the pasta dishes so much. But all in all, a clear recommendation. Reservations required.

20/05/2025: I went to this place in Fasano with my wife by chance and honestly I felt good from the first moment ... very kind, professional and smiling staff. Before ordering they brought us some special tarallini, crunchy bread and local olives, all offered by the management (very welcome). We ordered two pizzas, one Margherita and one completa (tomato, mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, capers and oregano), very thin and crunchy, a real surprise, in one word "excellent" ... to drink water and orange juice at the right temperature. Another positive note is the cleanliness, in short I will return very willingly and will tell all my friends and relatives about it. Lastly there was a background with soft music that allowed us to relax to the maximum. A round of applause to the manager who I don't know and who I would like to meet the next time I go telling him to continue like this because everything is ok, also because if there had been a comma out of place I would never have written a review because I only write five-star reviews and that's it. Also the price was right in the norm, I spent €25.

23/05/2025: It's been a long time since we had such a good pizza. Delicious, tasty and full of ingredients. The girl took our order and seated us on the outside patio while the young pizza chef immediately prepared our excellent pizzas and we spent a wonderful evening. Excellent bar-pizzeria not to be underestimated.

29/05/2025: What a shame! I am a local and I often come to lunch at this place, everything has always gone well except this time. When ordering I kindly ask the waiter to add some crispy bacon inside my sandwich, served at the table I realize that there is none! I politely get up and go inside the place to have it added, return to my seat I taste the sandwich and notice that 1 of the 2 burgers is raw and the bacon is NOT crispy, on the contrary an ANGUS burger (also at my table) was OVERCOOKED. I finished my lunch without any complaints because being in the profession I understand that these are things that can happen. The funny part comes when I approach the cashier to pay and jokingly tell the owner what didn't go well... he responds to me in a rude and aggressive way denigrating my age and experience saying that he could teach anyone in the restaurant world. I'm sorry but I won't go back again!
