09/07/2025: Stayed with the family two nights. We were given a room for the five of us on the third floor. Very nice and clean room with a very large terrace and a beautiful view. We could see all the way to Gallipoli! The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were 5 stars! Sympathy and sense of humor! Nice swimming pool and a free car parking as well. Recommended!

28/04/2025: Da Peppe Zullo si va sempre sul sicuro. Abbiamo deciso di passare da lui la Pasqua e ci siamo fatti un’ora e mezza di auto per arrivarci + altrettanto per tornare a casa. Ma ne è valsa sicuramente la pena. Menu fisso ma tutto buonissimo, la parmigiana di borragine indimenticabile. Vino rosato delle sue cantine ottimo. Spero di tornarci presto, nonostante la distanza!

25/07/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to write a negative review for this restaurant, of which we had high expectations. Let's start with the arrival, the table booked for 9pm, wasn't ready yet, so we waited a quarter of an hour standing... okay, there were a lot of people, we didn't give it too much thought, it can happen... once we ordered (I had salted fish) we waited almost an hour before dinner, okay, salted fish isn't a preparation that takes 20 minutes but usually not even an hour... or rather, if we had been informed when ordering, we would have maybe had an appetizer, since our only dish was that and another second course... but the worst thing was the cleaning of the fish, done by a totally inexperienced guy, who among other things stopped every 2 minutes to adjust his glasses (which he then decided to take off) and even gave a good cough into his hand with which he then calmly resumed cleaning my fish... which, once he finished deboning, weighed 500g. It was supposed to be, I must have been served half, the rest was left on the waiter's plate... A real shame because it was very good, as was the slice of meat my boyfriend had. After finishing dinner, another 20 minutes went by, but we were completely ignored by everyone, so even though we would have loved dessert, we decided to get up and go pay, risking dessert becoming breakfast 😅 The guy at the house, I'd say the owner, asked us how it went, we listed all the problems of our evening, and at least he gave us a discount and apologized. A real shame because the food was excellent, the location beautiful (enviable), but the service, unfortunately, was truly awful...!!

21/07/2025: This elegant restaurant has limited seating, so reservations are essential. The owner is very friendly, as is the service. The menu features primarily seafood dishes, beautifully cooked and presented. The fried anchovies deserve a special mention, as they are truly excellent. A recommended stop if you're visiting Talamone.

11/08/2025: We stopped by chance on a Saturday evening... welcoming, friendly... excellent food, truly TYPICAL AND WELL MADE!!! The drinks are excellent and they have a great selection without spending a fortune, unlike other places that charge a lot given the season... As a Salento native living in the north, I wish all places in Lecce were like this... right in the historic center, you get a taste of the origins and authenticity of Salento... In the end, we even made friends with the customers and with Stefania (the owner) and Alessandro (the waiter). They made us feel like an integral part of everything. We obviously returned, and like the first time, the same magnificent experience. We should say thank you to the people who still want to keep our traditions and our essence alive without profiting. ❤️

31/07/2025: Catastrophic, DO NOT GO THERE. We booked at 9:30 PM and started eating at 11:00 PM. We asked for water and a waiter said he would be happy to bring it to us. We had two hungry children and they had to wait forever. The staff was arrogant and the boss showed us the order that had been placed at 10:00 PM without even apologizing. For two coffees, it took them 5 minutes to bring them to us because there were no more people inside. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO GO THERE. They are pretty awful. And I treated them!!!!!!!

Everyone, absolutely everyone, was kind, welcoming, and meticulous, making this experience a true dream. 21/07/2025: It was our location... and what a location ❤️ everything exceeded my expectations... we had requested a romantic atmosphere for our evening wedding and... it was like being in a fairytale. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the mirrored table, the flowers, the candles, and the wonderful starry sky reflected in the central fountain. The food was delicious... and the staff was truly kind and attentive ❤️ A special thanks to the manager who was by our side and to Benni who created an enchanting atmosphere... many of our guests were impressed. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for making our fairytale even more beautiful 🥹❤️
