06/04/2026: I recently dined at Il Simposio restaurant and had a very positive experience. Despite its inland location, the seafood selection was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-executed dishes.
The atmosphere is elegant and very pleasant, ideal for a quiet evening. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the service.
I gave it 4 stars only because of some minor inconveniences with the wait times between courses, but overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for good seafood in the area. The quality/price ratio is fair.

15/02/2026: On Valentine's Day evening, we ordered two paposcie and were truly delighted! Delicious dough, fresh ingredients, and truly spectacular flavors.
But what struck us most was the friendliness of the owner: a truly kind and helpful person, who not only made us feel at home, but also passionately told us about the beauty of the area.
An experience that goes beyond just the food. I would recommend it to everyone, both for the quality and the hospitality! ❤️
08/12/2025: While strolling around Peschici, we stopped for dinner before leaving... we opted for this pizzeria... an excellent choice!! Truly delicious and easy-to-digest pizza. They also offer pizza by the slice, which my daughter and I opted for, while my husband opted for the pizza of the day, which was also excellent. The place is clean. A heartfelt compliment to the woman who makes the fillings and provides the information. I highly recommend it.

14/03/2026: A pub in Roccaforzata that attracts many customers from all over the world. Good food. I recommend the pizza and the very good sandwiches. I expected better from the desserts. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and welcoming atmosphere. Karaoke evenings are a great way to while away a few hours. Very pleasant, we'll be back!
09/03/2026: Stepping into Noolas is like immediately feeling at home. The atmosphere is meticulously designed, and you can clearly sense the owners' passion for offering their customers a unique experience.
The staff is always courteous, professional, and helpful. The quality of the food is also guaranteed: from pizzas to sandwiches, everything is prepared with excellent ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. A special mention goes to Mario's cocktails, simply unbeatable!

24/11/2025: We celebrated our son's baptism, and everything was wonderful: the room, the decor, and the absolute helpfulness of the wait staff. We even had a DJ who kept us dancing until the end; we had so much fun!
Last but not least, compliments to the chef, everything was delicious... the fusilli with creamed turnips and sausage was mouth-watering... and the cake melted in your mouth!
Thanks to Angela, who looked after us from start to finish, and to Carlo and Daniela for their availability. Thanks to Casale San Nicola and all their wonderful staff! See you next time!
