Recommended to try the "puccia leccese" (one of the typical dishes of this area, a bread made with a variety of ingredients. First, the bread is baked in an oven. It has a round shape and a "smooth" surface, on which you can see a thin layer of flour. It is then filled with the "specialties already suggested on the menu" or to your liking). The puccia is a perfect specialty for takeout or eating in (more casual fast food restaurants).

22/08/2025: We chose Sapurito for dinner based on the positive reviews, and I can't understand how it could have a rating higher than 4, given that it was truly a disaster. We ordered a pizza, two seafood sandwiches, and a tuna steak. Except for the pizza, which I'd call "edible," everything else was a total disappointment. The seafood sandwiches, priced at €14, were flavorless, the bread was dry, and we found a hair in one of the sandwiches. The tuna steak was actually a low-quality tataki, tasted like the kind from a bag, the tuna was flavorless, served with a very salty teriyaki sauce. Furthermore, the menu listed crunchy vegetables, but the celery and carrots arrived with part of their peel dirty. I truly can't understand how a restaurant can serve dishes like this! It's easier to think that four people went out on a late August evening with the sole purpose of writing a negative review of your restaurant than to have the humility and intelligence to admit that bad nights can happen in any restaurant. It's easier to offend a customer by saying that I prefer canned tuna or that I live in a parallel universe rather than eating what you serve to understand that perhaps there is always room for improvement in life and that dishes like this may be fine for tourists, but not for a local who knows tastes and ingredients perfectly. That said, you're right... I was the one who expected to find sandwiches as good as the ones I usually eat at Pescaria, or at Mangiameduse, or those made by chef Lucio Mele... actually, yes... those are from another universe!

16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.

28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

05/11/2025: A beautiful restaurant nestled in the historic center of Casarano where you can enjoy delicious dishes just like at home. A tip: try the "Pizza Pezzetti" to immerse yourself in a blend of Salento and Neapolitan flavors.

18/10/2025: We had dinner (2 pizzas) and a quick fried fish with two beers the next day. We found ourselves there by chance as we were staying at a nearby hotel for a wedding. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and had comfortable tables. But the best rating goes to the two wait staff, who were kind and helpful. Kudos to them for their engaging smiles. The prices were average. If in the area, we'd definitely repeat the experience and try other dishes. Best regards, Vittorio and Katia

24/09/2025: We were at this restaurant last night and I have to say we had a really good time. Even though having a small child is a bit complicated, the waiters were super kind and the service was very fast. The food was superb, highly recommended!

21/10/2025: I can describe dinner at La Tipografia as a true "taste immersion" that I would recommend to everyone. On another occasion, I also tried the cocktails prepared by the bartender, who was always attentive to the guests' tastes.
