Fantastic place, good value for money with efficient service

This restaurant has a terrace overlooking the sea, offering a splendid view of the sunset. We've been there twice for dinner and had excellent fresh fish both times. Friendly service and reasonable prices.

I'd give the location 10 stars! The service is a bit lacking; we've been there several times, and it depends on which waiter you get. The food gets 4 stars because some dishes amazed us (lobster, raw fish, and pizza), others disappointed us (desserts and risotto). Prices are average.

It's worth a visit even just for the sunset view. We booked, it's worth it. We dined on the terrace with a beautiful view of Scialmarino Bay. A good selection of excellent dishes: we had mixed fried fish and swordfish. They were good. Fast service and friendly staff. Prices are in line with other local restaurants. If I really had to find a flaw, it was difficult to find a parking spot, especially since many people go there just to watch the sunset. We'd been wanting to go for years, and we were satisfied.

Friendly and helpful staff, exceptional location

We chose this place for two reasons: they serve gluten-free dishes, which is essential for celiacs! And it's located on a beautiful natural terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. Sunset over the Adriatic?? But isn't the Gargano to the east?? The sun sets in the west... do we look like those friends in Moretti's Eccebombo who were waiting for the sun to rise from the wrong side? A very kind and friendly waiter explained to us that thanks to the shape of the coast, from some points on the Gargano you can see both sunrise and sunset! After admiring the natural spectacle, we had dinner. What do I remember? Well, not much! Good appetizer with pleasantly tender octopus. First course: honest! Second course: a moderately mixed fried shrimp and calamari made with PARANZA with the addition of fresh anchovies... good! ...the anchovies! So much so that I regret not ordering a fried dish made exclusively with this variety. Evidently, the fishing fleet had only managed to get anchovies and a bag of frozen fried fish that day. A great credit to the restaurant is that the fried fish is also available gluten-free; something very few restaurants do! Anyway, it was a lovely evening with my wife and the company of her cousin and her charming companion. After dinner, a romantic stroll to the trabucco at the tip of the promontory.

A wonderful location overlooking the sea, recommended for a couples' dinner at sunset. Ample portions and perfectly paired dishes; the fish-based entrees are a must-try. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very quiet and intimate, with the sound of the waves lapping in the background. The only downside, though easily overlooked given the excellent experience, is the music from the nearby village's baby dance club starting at 9:30 PM.

Excellent experience Excellent food, both raw and cooked. The only flaw that keeps me from giving it 5 stars was the staff's disorganization upon our arrival. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
