Absolute Hidden Gem that we found by a recommendation.
Sensational Seafood . Fresh and so tasty ! We had a lemon and shrimp risotto and a pasta with eggplant
We went just last night. A local recommended it because we wanted somewhere less touristy in crowded Gallipoli.
A great discovery: you can choose between two tasting menus with a variety of appetizers, first courses, and second courses...all delicious at reasonable prices for the quality served.

The food is just wonderful. generous portion as in few places. Very tasty food, good wine list. The owner is concerned about the satisfaction and well-being of customers. When we went, the place was quite crowded because there was a big famous Italian band. Because of this, the place was very hot because the air conditioning could not be enough. I will definitely return to the restaurant and have already recommended the place to other friends.

We dined at Osteria del Vico for the first time, even though we've been coming to Gallipoli our whole lives... it was a truly pleasant discovery. Excellent food, and appetizers were finally a little different from the usual offerings at other restaurants! Superb quality! The owner is very knowledgeable and attentive to customer requests, but not to "absurd" ones. We'll definitely be back.
